New to Circle Health home care I am not pleased. I have waited 2 week for dressings and when my 15 day supply consisted of 6 bandages I can't use due to the adhesive. Six dressings for 15 days will not cover my needs as I use at least 4 per dressing change.
The two nurses who visited my home after transitioning from surgery just looked at my site. The nurses did not take the time to care for my health. I was also discharged without any documentation on follow up care. These are the reasons for the low rating.
So far not impressed. My mother in law has been on their service for a week and a half. There is zero communication between Nursing and the family. It's really discouraging.
LGH scheduled us to have a visiting nurse for my jaundiced new born. We couldn't get into our regular pediatrician since today was Patriot's Day. We never recieved a call from the office until I called LGH to find out if a nurse was coming. I was told by a Circle Home staff member that my paper work was misplaced and that the soonest they can get a nurse out was tomorrow.
