As usual good. Nicely organized but they can do more bright. If they can do some colour changes will be good. Specially in the lobby area

Buffet for Rs 4,000 at Plates was, between 1 to 10, a 7. Satisfactory variety of vegetarian dishes and desserts. Couscous was a bit dehydrated.

Service could be improved. For example, they should clear the plates after diners go for seconds and cutlery taken away, should be immediately replaced. But overall a good dining experience,

After a long lapse of a few months due to the pandemic, we went to lunch to the LAGOON Restaurant at our favourite hotel, CINNAMON GRAND. It was indeed a most pleasant visit - the good food, most of all the friendly staff and the atmosphere added up to make it a most pleasant afternoon. We hope that good times will soon come back and that you will be able to continue your excellent service in the future

Amazing experience! If you thought gourmet kitchen will leave you hungry, think again. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes.

One of the best hotel in Colombo. I love to stay here for 3 reasons. It has beautiful views, very good food and excellent rooms. Staff is also one of the best in terms of service and responsiveness. I have had best experience. Their restaurants are one of the best in town. Many good place are within walking distance. One can spend time within hotel in SPA, restaurants and gardens.

This hotel has always maintained very high standards in terms of every aspect you can think of. They follow all covid related safety measures. There is ample parking and the staff is always accommodating and friendly. Its always a pleasure to come to the hotel. The food is always great and the ambiance and atmosphere is very pleasant and soothing, usually with live music or at least some classical sings. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone.

They really attend our need and they really hospitable in providing services. I really need to thanks executive housekeeper gayan for his help repairing your broken suitcase with the help of tailors.
