Guided tour but access to only one studio and some old sets. The didactic part is interesting. The guide is nice and competent.
Beautiful and emotional to see where the first colossals were born ... thanks to the guide I learned many things that otherwise would have been just a walk
It is also organized to host events .. Really nice
Who wouldn't want to step on the set of a Fellini film? Or see the stage costumes that have made the history of cinema? And for those who are passionate about scenography and photography to admire the realistic More
In fact there is a lot of debauched but always retains its charm after all in that mega structure one could tell 100 years of history
It is worth taking a tour, especially in some sets but the ticket is too expensive for what the structure offers
Admission 10 to see two photos and two clothes in addition to the remains of a house used for a TV drama. shabby
A dive into Italian cinema from the 1930s to the present day.
Wonderful studies of Rome sin in the streets inside are all broken! It would take an old and clean one
I had the pleasure of attending the Alta Moda Roma show on the set of Ancient Rome and it was a unique emotion.
Beautiful and interesting cinecitta tour .. knowing the behind the scenes of many works is always suggestive. I didn't like Miac so much .. congratulations to our guide for having led us on the various sets and explained many background
If you love cinema you must go here, but make sure you do the 11:30am tour, as you won't get access to the backlot without it. Note this is not a theme park, but a functioning film backlot / sound stage environment, with a deep history of the greats in cinema having created here.
Any movie lover has to visit these mythical studios. I do not understand how there are moviegoers who make bad reviews of this site, the truth, because I was jumping tears. The highly recommended guided tour also tells you many interesting things.
Even though I was a little skeptical, I eventually changed my mind. Really interesting visit.
If you love cinema it is a visit not to be missed. Structure and infrastructure are not at their best, but the visit is equally exciting. The guide that happened to me was really good, prepared and enthusiastic. Maybe they won't all be like that but my experience has been really worthwhile.
Be careful, no visit without a guide when the opposite is indicated on the site, go back to Rome cinecita for nothing 1h30 lost.
Incredible journey through film sets and pavilions, a mini world of emotions !!
Great experience, super nice guide, the museum is really well done, the sets of the series Rome and Kaamelott are to see, we cross the famous studio 5 the largest in Europe, visits in French at noon, we are free to stay the time you want apart from visiting the studios. Cafeteria and gift shop also. Few people change and it's nice!
Great visit, in a big and quiet place, with lots of greenery. Various events are held for each taste. To be seen.
Wonder! Worth the price of the ticket, incredible scenery and so much history of cinema that everyone should know
Beautiful and interesting guided tour, the guide was engaging and helpful. Not so much the museum part, the interactive sections such as dubbing and the green screen do not send the material wrong.
Hands down, one of the best experiences of my life!
This is the perfect venue to host an event, with character. We were welcomed like Queens; gifted togas and Roman accessories to take home with us; and the grounds itself was epic!
Gets five stars because it was a lovely surprise I wasn't expecting on my first trip to Rome. It's a working studio and quite small so don't expect a Universal studios type tour but you do get to visit real outdoor sets of ancient Rome, old Europe and Jerusalem plus tour of the highly informative museum which gives very interesting insight into Italian cinema, origin of the studio under Mussolini and role in immediate post world war 2 Italian films including Roma Open City which documents life in Nazi occupied Rome.
Microsalon Growing event, where you can admire and touch the latest technical discoveries in the film production sector
Magnificent, everything well built, it all seems true!
Expensive ticket , the cashiers did not speak English but it is worth visiting as an alternative destination to an all ancient Rome. There is a nice garden with little restaurant and very friendly guides for the walk inside the studios' area.
Fantastic is the backstage of the dream factory. Recommended the guided tour the girls are friendly and very prepared
Wonderful experience! Permanent sets are incredibly realistic, and you won't believe how many films were shooted here (the whole Gangs of New York, just to cite one). Guided tour is interesting, and also the museum about history of Italian cinema. Five stars!
The exhibition is very beautiful and well done, the visit to the sets is fascinating and the park very pleasant.
18 thrown away !!! They won't show you anything, not even an example of a set mounted with all the machines or a set-up television studio. They took us to the theater 5 extolling the fact that it was Fellini's More
I went there at a videogame fair. The place is very nice but unfortunately there is no possibility to visit the sets, I do not know if only on that occasion or always.
With a guide that explains it is something else entirely. Although it is not possible to visit the sets in use. Always very informative.
Studios, theaters, environments that are being redeveloped and are preparing to bring themselves to the forefront of creating television and film shows. In the various avenues it is normal to see structures of all kinds used and awaiting further use. At first glance, you walk through corridors, avenues, big caponnoni wrapped in the most immense disorder that give great annoyance to the unaware's eye.
Totally unsuitable for disabled people with reduced mobility
I have been with the class is a nice place where you learn how film sets are made, with the class we had a guide where he explained how films are made, fleece advice.
The complex is one of the largest of its kind in Europe, but it suffers from the endemic evil of public facilities: neglect.
There is no organic maintenance program, both architectural and functional and plant engineering. With the management by the Istituto Luce, things have improved, but not enough.
Too bad, because this complex could compete better with the structures present above all in the UK, which in fact take away work from us.
Exciting and nostalgic but it deserves more care and more maintenance even in the back streets
A piece of cinematic history. Once in a lifetime you must visit the Studios.
The tour was very interesting, the museum well done and interactive a few times.
Entrance ticket 15 euros which included the guided tour
Interesting to see the cinematic places and also to be the audience of live shows
Nice place but there is little to visit. The studios are not accessible, there are only 3 main sets. The rest are small decorations. The price is definitely too high
Italian excellences. I worked several months and the staff of room 3 is very professional.
Very cute and well cared for.
For the ticket amount I expected a little more scenes to visit.
The history of Italian cinema passes through here. Need to say anything else?
Historical place, fascinating, but roads and exteriors not up to the history of the place
Glorious recording studios, made famous by the many famous directors and famous actors who have shot their films here. They were one of the symbols of the Italian rebirth after the war: known all over the world for the high quality of their studies and workers and also for the low price of the productions, which pushed even large foreign film companies to produce their films here.
Today used as a museum and television studios, they are not bad, but undoubtedly we would expect more and probably more could be done to make the most of a glorious piece of Italian history. At least give the crumbling exterior walls that fencing the studios a fresh plaster. Especially the 600m of external walls along via di Torre Spaccata are in a truly embarrassing state: parts literally crumbled, others with dated patches made at least worst of different colors, writings, non-existent sidewalk, weeds. Not even the apartments occupied by social centers or by the desperate are in these conditions.
Amazing place for cinema lovers, the only reason I do not put 5 stars is that it could be made much more interesting to visit if there was more interaction and live shows
Today, like years ago, I went there for work needs. It is still a fascinating place, fairy tales are created.
The guides are very good, the guided tour is very interesting, too bad it's a bit poor
Fortunately, I had the pleasure of watching a show and it was a unique experience.
I love Italian cinema and for a long time I've wanted to visit the studio and I wasn't disappointed; great place to visit if you a film buff.
