Too crowded inside and very small, uncomfortable bar stools. Had to sit outside and it was hot and humid, plus I just am not a person who enjoys eating outside. Food was good but it was served to us in to go containers and plastic silverware with our drink in a paper cup. I won t visit again.

Our favorite breakfast in FW. Eggs are always cooked just how we order them. The french toast is delicious. The biscuits and gravy are awesome! Yummy biscuits and nice, peppery gravy. The ladies are very welcoming and hold conversations with all their customers. The prices are also great. Oh, and they have my favorite cinnamon apple jelly. :)

My adult son & I meet for breakfast 1x a week. A mom and pop kinda restaurant. They only have an old fashion sitting bar & you can watch all the cooking. I think young kids would have fun. Staff is excellent & personable. A must see & experience. Fun

Stopped in to Cindy's for the first time after running a 5k with two out of town friends. We wanted to try a local place for breakfast, and so I thought of Cindy's. Thankfully, we timed it just right, as three seats opened up just after we got there. I downed the "garbage" plate and it was soooo good. The classic diner atmosphere is awesome... I felt kinda like I went back in time a bit, in a good nostalgic way :)

Cindy's diner pays homage to the old time diners. This mobile trailer had a counter with 10 seats around the counter that is opened from 6 am to 2 pm. Breakfast is what it's known for. I got the "garbage" that has ham, onions, eggs and cheese mixed in. It's a intimate setting and had a feeling of the 40s in the middle of town.

Cindy's Diner is another local gem. There's good food, great atmosphere, and a friendly staff. Come in and take part of this throw back environment. You won't be disappointed.

Totally worth the wait. Food was great. Atmosphere was fun. Usually a wait because it is a diner bar (only counter stools).
Short stack even comes with a Mickey Mouse pancake. Fun character mugs for children's beverages.

Cindy's diner is a local Ft. Wayne landmark & old fashion diner. Counter service only. Go there for the atmosphere and enjoy good old fashion diner food. 4 stars instead of 5 because the "Garbage" has ham and no gravy. Still damn good!

Good grub at Cindy's Diner up off Berry Street downtown. Prime location, parking can get complicated, but it's a hot little spot downtown. Food is pretty good. I like the garbage plate. Good donuts, coffee, orange juice, eggs n bacon, toast, you name it they got it. Good oatmeal, moosh, pancakes.

Nestled away in the heart of down town Fort Wayne sits Cindy's diner. If you're looking for a small town home cooked meal, then Cindy's is the place.an old 50s style diner. The hospitality is very friendly, and a big selection of food to choose from.

Great food, friendly staff, low prices, and quick service. Only down side is the seating. There are only about 12 seats at a small counter. We just waited outside till 2 people left, so if you're patient, it's worth the wait

A true Diner. Simple, small; perfect. Hits the spot for breakfast or lunch. Good people. Quiet setting and good conversations with complete strangers makes it a restful and fun place. I leave happy every time.

Absolutely loved the peculiarity of the place. The staff is amicable and the food is divine! I ate their "garbage" with the fluffiest pancakes you will EVER eat... and I am hooked. I went for two consecutive days and repeated the same menu. Next time I go to Fort Wayne, I will go back for sure.

Cindy s Diner is one of my all time favorite breakfast places downtown. My favorite dish is call Garbage . I usually get both ham n sausage but NO onions in mine.

The owner is an amazing lady that has worked her way up from Dishwasher, waitress to head chef. LOL.

Many don t know it but the donuts are made in the same machine that was used by JC Murphys that was downtown until late 70 s.

Highly recommend 'the garbage'! The staff was courteous and fast. Very few seats so get there early because this is a must stop if you are visiting town. Accommodated our many children and were sweet with all of them as if they were a pleasure and not an annoyance. Loved the many coffee and children mug options, such a cool and unique touch!

Stopped into Cindy s Diner for the first time last week The counter seating was closed due to precautions as all in Indiana are at that time, so only carry out and outdoor seating was available. Because of this, I just ordered a milkshake to go, and it was very good. They also sell mugs for only $5- I bought one. The interior and building are the classic old railcar diner type, so I hope to go back when things settle down and experience the real Cindy s.

If you can get a seat this place is awesome. It's like hole in the wall meets retro diner.

Go for breakfast if you want some classic American breakfast. I've gone for lunch and breakfast and both are great. The pie was really good and it was fun to look at all their mugs. Parking is probably on a meter, I walk there most days. Pretty cheap, normally 10 or less after tip.

Finally decided to try the famous garbage skillet. I ordered half a skillet with cinnamon bread French toast. It was good but all you can really taste is potatoes and cheese. The french toast with cinnamon bread was also good.
