Very corrupted. I was a part of this program some years ago. I was caught between a power struggle with a family member and her husband at the time who was also a member of this association. I had no where to go and she costs me 2 jobs that Cincinnati works helped me get. They said I was unfit for the program, then permitely banning me from the program. When I tried to explain my case the case worker lady didn't even care and kept the ban. I was a kid and was going to be homeless. This was the only family I knew. And just like that Cincinnati works tossed me out. I couldn't believe it. I ended up taking one of there clients to court for discrimination abuse and a workers comp case. And won my case but they didn't care. So on my own I secured a great job and been on it for almost 6 years! So thanks for screwing me over because I ended up coming back on top and over came that abusive family member.
