I don t usually take the time to write a review but I am a owner operator and had a crack in my fuel tank. I called them up asked if they could help me out and they said they could get me right in so I brought the fuel tank over in the morning and they called me up by noon and it was done. The quality was very good and better yet I was back on the road that day. Would recommend them to do any of your work.

I own a truck repair shop in Monroe, Ohio. We use Cincinnati Radiator often. The prices are great and service excellent. Highly recommended.

Rating has been adjusted down due to COVID policy at the store/ship location. It was rated as a five star but dropped to a two star as of 8/28/20.

The main reason for the 2 star rating is due to their current COVID policy of making customers stand outside and call into the store for service. It takes longer and is inconvenient and I don t imagine it s safer than letting people in the store. It definitely doesn t make you feel like a valued customer. I can t imagine it does anything to prevent the spread of COVID. If anything it seems less safe. The people that come out to help aren t wearing masks, aren t separated from the customer by a counter or shield, you also have to hand the credit card to the employee to take into the store to run it. If it was an in store transaction you could run the card yourself without handing things back and forth. For example the card or clipboards and pens for signatures.

Our company has found a more customer friendly place to purchase radiators for repairs in our shop. Prices are actually better too. We have purchased four or five radiators from the new supplier in the last six weeks.
