I visited the Cincinnati Art Museum for the first time and was blown away. The museum was much larger than I expected, it's two floors and took us about 2 hours to get through.

General admission is free, but there are exhibits that you have to pay for admission. Parking was also free.

I got some really cute handmade paper origami swan earrings in the gift shop, too!

Definitely check out this museum if you're in the area!

Great museum! It truly represents the historic culture of Cincinnati. It also had modern art section. They might add Modern Jewellery section as well in upcoming months. Overall, very nice experience. Must visit.

Nice art museum. Free admission except for special events. Good range of traditional and modern art. Large open spaces with nice places to sit. Small gift shop. The cafe is good for a quick bite.

I did not plan on visiting the Cincinnati Art Museum as I had limited time in the city. However, when I had time to fill before heading to the airport, I snuck in a quick visit. I was only able to spend an hour in the museum, so all I saw was the "Paintings, Politics and the Monuments Men: The Berlin Masterpieces in America" exhibit. I was so glad I made time to visit. I have studied the history of the Monuments Men before and many of the artists included in the exhibit. I loved seeing them next to one another and reading more about the politics revolving around these artist masterpieces. Make time in your schedule to see this unique and powerful exhibit. The museum and grounds themselves are also beautiful and well laid out. I will return to see the permanent collection if I ever find myself back in Cincinnati.

Great quality and variety of displays! It was free entry because of lower occupancy, and so nice for no cost. Lots to look at. I spent about 2 hours here, and was so happy to see a few pieces by Picasso!

One of the best museums I have ever been too, not just the art but the experience they trying to create is just amazing. Guests can develop their own tour map of the museum, engage in interactive education about ceramic, stained glass, etc I just love the museum so much. Please donate if you also enjoy it because it s free!!!

Beautiful artwork free to view. Only pay for special exhibits.
However, for anyone in a wheelchair this place is not fully handicap accessible. There is a ramp to get in and an elevator but most areas involved a few steps to get in or uneven flooring. Restroom has a handicap stall but you'd have to be able to leave your wheelchair outside the restroom as narrow walkway to get in. I believe the family restroom would work.

General admission is free! This museum is a lot larger than it looks from the outside. Every time you enter a room, there s a new room connecting to it. A very relaxing place to come and enjoy some beautiful artwork.

The Cincinnati art museum is free! Donations are always welcome! I love visiting our local art museum, because it's probably one of the most beautiful buildings, as well as the art inside... They have a cafe that serves food, a gift shop, and free parking.. What a beautiful place to have a wedding or at least getting photos done here.. They always have new exhibits.. They have elevators and a gorgeous grand staircase!
