It was a great experience from the beginning! Everyone I spoke to from Mark on the phone, to Nicholas my sales guy when I came in, to the gentleman that installed my truck bed cover was fantastic! I apologize for forgetting the installers name because he went above and beyond the Call of Duty. I can tell you he was a taller gentleman with a black beard. Once he installed my cover he had me come back and explained everything and asked me if I had questions and told me about the warranty. Everyone really went out of their way and it was appreciated.

Everything I had done was done in a timely manner and looks very professional. I will definitely be using Chux Trux again.

I always have a great time when I come into the Olathe store. I have gotten to know a few of the guys. I can joke with the guys, but the guys are still very professional. I am very happy with all the work I have had done with the guys. Anytime we have needed to order some thing in. The guys tell need when it should be in and will call me as soon as it gets there. Great products and even better service! The new side bars look great and I had to return for follow up work on a bed mat and they fixed it within minutes.

Everyone at Chux Trux is Outstanding! They were great to work with on everything from ordering my accessories to the day of installation. I had tires and wheels installed and they kept me in the loop on everything they needed to do to my truck. The installer took good care of my truck because I was keeping my old tires and wheels, he put down cardboard inside my cab not to get it dirty and that shows respect to the customer an I really appreciated that from Chux s employees. I would definitely recommend them if you re looking for accessories for your car or truck and I will definitely go back when I m looking for other stuff for my 2019 Toyota Tundra.

I have a 2005 Toyota X runner and had a Chux Trux pull cover installed 10 years ago. I thought it was a little loose so I had them check it out. It was not only loose, but the rail was not secured, the drainage tubes were missing. They fixed all this and returned it in mint condition. The staff was very professional, courteous and honest. The service department is just down right awesome. Good service is so hard to find these days but this store has it all. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for anything to accessorize their car with. I have also used their Weather Tech matts in all my vehicles and recently just bought some for my new Range Rover and they were great with that order as well!

They really went over the top replacing step bars on my older truck when other places said they couldn't do it - they were great

Very Poor Customer Service!! I had an appointment set up to have a topper installed on my vehicle. The appointment was for 10:00 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited until they opened their shop at 10am. After the initial check in which took about 5-7 minutes I asked how long it would take and I was told about an hour and a half. At 11:30 I went to the counter and asked about my vehicle. The person at the front desk made a phone call and told me they were having trouble wiring the lights and that it would be 30 more minutes.

I waited 45 minutes and went back to the front desk to ask about my vehicle. The guy had problems locating my ticket. Then he called the shop. At that point I realized that they had driven my vehicle to some other location to put the topper on. They do not do any work at their store location. I was then given the run around talk with a list of reasons about why it is taking so long. One reason provided is because it is a 2020 vehicle they did not have any experience with it. (2020 Vehicles hit the sales lots in July-August of 2019).
Sooooo whatever.

I went and sat down and finally at 1:30 PM my vehicle was brought back and I was on my way. Three and a half hours to do a job they told me would take 1.5 hours. I believe that they did not even start on my vehicle until 12:45 when the second call was made to the shop and they were told that I had been there waiting. I may be wrong. But no matter what, it does not take 3.5 hours to install a topper. Especially when the aluminum clamps are used. There are 4 of those and they take about 3 minutes each to install.

On a positive note, ascetically it looks like they did a really good job.

Sadly having an appointment, setting expectations, and failing to live up to those expectations obviously meant nothing to the staff there. I won t have them do work on any of my vehicles again.

Why does everyone who leaves this parking lot cut you off?

They are always very kind and helpful whenever I go in to get floor mats and mud flaps for outlet vehicles. During my last visit they were extremely busy and it was pretty hectic in there but that man that helped me was still extremely nice and didn t make anyone feel too rushed.

After a small hiccup and miscommunication, was contacted by the manager to clear things up. Had the truck brought in to fix the issues and the job was done right. I'm glad to see he was willing to do what it took to make things right. And will in the future bring my truck(s) in to get custom work done. Though would love the idea of having one of these in west Wyandotte county to more easily cater to those living closer to that area.

I love how friendly they were. They didna great job on my lights i had installed. I will definitely be returning fir more stuff to get installed.

Recently had another occasion to call on Chux for service. AS usual they came thru with flying colors. My dome light burned out (battery operated) and ordered a new one, came in less than a week.
I have had a new topper on new 2015 truck - color matched perfectly. I had them install the bed liner rug (Not sure the official name) but love it. They also installed a dome light in the topper (battery operated) which is great. I had a rear lift kit installed for transport of boat and it works great. While waiting for the topper to be installed I happened to see trailer mirrors for when I tow my boat and ordered them - they work great! That is the only problem, when you are awaiting service in the store you will likely see something you can use or need for your truck!!!

Whe we, my son-in-law and I, walked in we were greeted by two very nice men. I asked for Matt, as that is who I talked with on the phone. Matt was doing something in the back, but came out quickly when told that I was there. He handled my transaction very quickly and made sure that I was satisfied with the product, price and service. At that point he took care of my son-in laws' needs as well. This is not my first purchase at Chux Trux. I purchase a tonneau cover for my last pickup from you as well. Fair price, good service.

I stopped into trucks trucks of Olathe. Guy behind the counters name was Ivan. Even though he couldn't help me because what I was wanting was on backorder, he gave me several suggestions you help me find what I was looking for. Those suggestions were not anything he was going to make any money off up. One of the other guys behind the counters name was Joe. While Ivan was trying to help me Joe was talking on the phone to a customer was asking Andy even gave his own personal opinion of how he fought the customer would like what he was inquiring about after Joe got off the phone we had a conversation while Ivan was working on the computer. They gave me their opinion of what I was looking for and told me that I probably wouldn't be satisfied even if they did find them. They sent me in a different direction that I hope works out. It's nice to know that when there are people in a customer service related business that they actually do customer service the way it's supposed to be done. I believe the other guy behind the counters name was Phil and he answered a couple of my questions as well very thoroughly and with great insight. If you're looking to do a little work on your truck, SUV or whatever I highly recommend going to Chuck's Trucks of Olathe

Chux ordered and installed Husky mud flaps on my Ram 1500. Great service for this and the previous bed cover.

Badass service. Bought a flashpaq superchips from them and I thought it didn't work. Josh from their service department is programming my navigator as I type this. What more could you ask for. Customer first.

The work that was done on my truck looks great. However they are not exactly on time with the amount of hours they quote you this job took longer

Matt was awesome. When I called to order floor liners on a Saturday , the system was down. We briefly talked about what i wanted and he said he would call me back. And he did!! He had me send pics to make sure he ordered the right liners. He took great care of me.

I have never done business with Chux Trux until recently when I bought Husky floor mats for my Chevy truck, they have won my business! I have since purchese a rear window, more accessories, & now have purchased a topper. They have EXCELLENT service, stand behind their products and are very helpful. Awesome company!!!

When I asked if they had the tonneau cover I wanted they did. When I asked if they could install it that morning they could. I was very pleased with the sales and service I received!!

I spoke with Mark week of December 11th on an installation of a bed liner and cover. He gave me a price and some suggested install dates because I was ready to make the purchase. Told him I had to check my calendar and would call him right back, which I did. When I called back they said he was conducting a interview and they promised a return call. I waited 3 days and never heard back. I found another place in Grandview that had great Google reviews. Got in right away and they did a fantastic job for about $200 less.

You guys are the best! Great customer service and the most knowledgeable people with the products.

I went to Chux Trux for some seat covers. You know how most stores are there going to try to sell you the best. They didn't they went to the medium ones which is the Carhartt ones because I was describing him what I wanted. But when I seen the leather ones the custom-built ones I like those and they were very nice and explain it to me the process and how it goes and I can get them customly done any which way I wanted. The staff was very prompt very straight up and on time and every time I called they weren't in patient with me. I will shop again at their store. I recommend these people in their services to anyone is wanting to add nice things to the truck.

I called and ordered a cargo liner from the Olathe store. I received an email and a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. They made sure it for properly and thanked me for shopping with them. Top notch customer service is getting hard to find but Chux delivers it.

Quality products and service provided by a professional staff!

I now have a reverse rake on my 4Runner because they didn't install spacers on the back shocks. Went round and round with them several times with no luck. Not satisfied.

This location installed my Borla aftermarket exhaust system on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that sounded awesome taking off the lot, it's when it started rubbing against a bracket for the spare tire because they put it an inch away from it that it randomly makes this horribly annoying vibration noise. Brought it back for other work. They were still unable to fix the issue. They also tend to treat you like they have better things they could be doing like sitting around and talking shop with their co-workers and regular customers. Despite carrying lots of aftermarket goodies mostly for Jeeps and American Trucks, They don't have much for imports, however they do carry some items for Toyota. They are knowledgeable but mostly incapable. Don't be surprised that once they have your money they suddenly become less helpful. The exhaust system they installed sounded and performed great for the most part, however it pretty much rattled against a bracket (actually it did, just not very much) upon leaving the lot Big Trucks, Little Brains.

I gave it ,5 stars. Nothing to add, it is the place to go.

My experience at Chux Trux was excellent. Matt assisted me as I had several questions about two specific items, I purchased both from the store because of knowledge and service I received.

Most of the sales guys are not personable. I've bought and had them install 2 bed covers in the past 6 months and it took 5 trips total to get them installed.

I have been shopping at the Olathe KS Chux Trux for several years! I have had no problems with buying new product, however my problem is with warranty issues on products purchased. I called the Olathe KS at 2:20Pm 11,07,2016 and spoke with a guy called Pear, I was trying to kindly describe what replacement parts I needed, at one point he said I was insulting his intelligance and went on to say that he did not receive a commission for helping me with warranty issues, even though Chux Trux is a factory certified distributer for the product in question. And get this he hung up the phone on me,,,LOL I did not call back..LOL My advice to you guys and gals out there, go look at Chux Trux and find what you want if possible, get part number and company name, go on Amazon, Ebay. or a google search for your parts, sometimes you get free shipping, alot of times you won;t have to pay tax. I will never spend again at Chux Trux, Thanks, Jerry

Called both the Olathe and Independence store on some major work for my truck...couldn't even get anyone to return my call. What a joke...call 4x4parts or someone who cares...they don't.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed with me till I got what I needed. Great group of guys.
