Average adult emergency reception ... the gentleman at this reception has no empathy and disrespectful behavior; a lot of waiting time between each stage of care but the doctors and nurses who are responsible for us are very kind and attentive.
A city in the city, not easy to find one's bearings. Take time to find your way. Little outdoor parking and even inside.

My little end of 2 months was hospitalized there. A pediatric service and neonat excellent. Nurses and auxiliaries are great.

HONTEUX! Appointment ophthalmo at 16:40 when I arrive I am asked to pay before the service but do not take the CB so obliged to go for money on foot and when I come back I am told "I want to inform you that you do not go before 18h "!!! To pay a benefit to then be taken hostage for more than an hour after waiting for the appointment 4 months is shameful!
The woman and I had an appointment with a referent ecographer. We arrive ten minutes before the appointment. At the reception we come across two hostesses who have nothing to do with the patients they address my wife in lii saying she and not you. Very angry after a visit to pediatric emergencies: a wait of 9h where the conclusions are mostly made in the waiting room in front of everyone, emergencies are supposed to be treated in order of gravity and not of arrival but when we see that a gastro or a roseola are more quickly treated than a pulmonary infection, what should we understand? In addition, emerged with a completely unsuitable treatment to a child of 5 years: an antibiotic in ... capsules !!!! Fortunately, the pharmacy has agreed to deliver it in syrup. I am perfectly aware of the under-strength of the teams during this Christmas holiday period but I have no confidence in this service after this 2nd pass even more catastrophic than the 1st a few years ago ...

2 years that I navigate between emergencies, surgeons and doctors. After 2 operations which were useless (carried out in clinic), I hoped for a minimum of support by the bone chir service. Difficult to make an appointment on the phone, I ended up having an appointment 2 months later. OKAY. On arrival, I ran into a trainee who was not the person with whom I had an appointment ... he did not know what to do although showing empathy, he ended up bringing back an intern who seemed also unable to do anything and I was therefore referred to my former specialist while I have clearly expressed having been operated for NOTHING by him .. In short no comment.

First of all, I thank the emergency department that took care of my dad last August for a haemorrhage due to his cancer, girls services were exemplary, thank you to them. On the other hand very disappointed of the service of neuro, because my father did a stroke and people listened to us, we asked them a minimum of care for the blood tests and many other care, because he already suffered enormously because of his laryngeal cancers and people listened to us. They made him suffer and was unbearable. I wish he did not suffer all that before he died. We understand that carers can not be everywhere but still, there is I think a minimum.
I was operated on for a Zenker diverticulum in the ENT department and frankly congratulations to all the staff with exceptional kindness. I spent 3 wonderful days thank you again for everything.

I had an appointment with Professor AZZOUZI for monitoring a prostate problem and the CHU modified the appointment by directing me to another urologist without explanation ... AMAZING! In Internet consultant, I discovered that Professor AZZOUZI was suspended and then it becomes incomprehensible. How can we deprive patients of such a master in this field? He intervened in my family and from friends with undeniable results formally opposing the general trend of "radical prostatectomy" and all equally radical consequences associated with it !!

Pedriatric service very well. But bad organization on outpatient consultations! They never get on time especially when we come well before to go to the home and the radio. 1h waiting is really foutage mouth! Especially when you come from far!
Neglect, abuse and so on. Rude, contemptuous staff. I felt very bad there. Only 3 nurses were nice (Mathilde Justine and Katia). The others change jobs if it bothers them to do this job.

Very good hospital !! Sick for years having had a complicated pregnancy all hospitals (Marseille, IDF) did not believe my case. Arrived here in January 2018 I was well taken care of despite my many round trip back to the emergency Dr. Planchais could quickly detect that I had lupus. And today I am relieved to have seen that a hospital believes in the pain of patients and that we are not crazy! No matter where I am, for my illness it is the hospital that suits me.
Even if the waiting time is long, be it cardiac emergencies or general emergencies, hospital practitioners are helpful.
Ps: the padiatric side seems to be short of staff. After sure it has evolved in one year
