Chrysalis is a pretty noble company by ambition standards. There are some short comings that are fixable with a little elbow grease

I'm currently going through the SECTOR CBI training with Chrysalis. So far, the ZOOM meetings are late, and/or the hosts can't figure out how to begin and run them. ALSO why do they give incentives BACKWARDS? You get a gift card og $90 for module 1 (2 classes), $100 for module 2 (3 classes), and then ONLY $125 for module 3 (5 classes)... that's equal in time to the first two BUT w/a cut in rewards. That's equivalent to psychological TORTURE in my opinion. You wanna show up to work after two weeks and they announce you get double hours for HALF the wage??? I don't think so! I wonder what the heck I'm in for after the training now?

REAL HELP YOU JUST HAVE TOO PUSH YOURSELF I KNOW AND I THANK CHRYSALIS AND STILL PENDING WITH THEM

So I been out for about 1 years and 8 months and since then it s been really hard looking for work or even keeping work. I hear a lot of good things about this program but to be honest don t really know much so hopefully someone can guide or direct me to the right person. Thank you

In the four and a half months I've been working for this company, I was under impression that this was a good company a helpful company. But coming to find out is not they run this company like it's a slave ship supervisors do not lead by example Grace runs it as a dictatorship the main office itself don't care they use you up and falsely throw you away because I have a mind of my own and I speak up for my rights just because I work for this company does not mean I don't have rights I got rights 30 years of Rights not 30 years in prison

I always say that, returning to society from incarceration is like a space shuttle returning to earth, it has to be built for it, or it'll explode. Chrysalis - Los Angeles helps build you on how to successfully return to society. Salute!
