The overall experience left much to be desired. The waiting time was lengthy, and communication felt lacking. Staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t provide the personalized care I was hoping for. It’s a shame, as I had high expectations. I believe there’s potential for improvement. 🕰️🙁
