This is the worst health program provider, I have on many occasions tried to pay my bill with different results. I can not pay my bill as the 24 hour assistance line can not accept payment after hours... why is a 24 hour assistance line.
I tried to pay my premium in advance to avoid a Dr rejecting a visit and Christi s was unable to accept payment I waited and now my wife can t see the Dr tomorrow because payment is 5 days past due. I tried to pay and can t as system is closed.
Poor service and unresponsive. I have also written in my policy that hearing aides are paid 50 %, when they rejected my claim I sent them a copy of my policy and they still rejected it. I could sue but this company ( Sisters of Mercy) would fight paying.
I m going to change health care providers asap
