Don t mix up the colored fairy lights with the other fairy lights. For a mere $10+ Per bulb, the colored lights will make it appear as though Walt Disney vomited in your space. The bulbs are enormous and many of the lights had inconsistent coloring or didn t screw into the line properly. Terrible customer service.. absolutely zero help (and this is the heart of my complaint).
I d give them less than one star if I could, but instead I will continue to search out as many reviews as I can so warn everyone about this company.

BEWARE OF THE BOGUS RETURN POLICY! We ordered 2 strings of lights online for our Christmas tree to add to the lights we had. They didn't have plugs! How do you connect them? We read in the Return policy that we had to pay for the Return Shipping Costs and a 10% restocking fee. We were unable to print the UPS label and informed them of that fact. They were of no assistance. We returned the lights by handwriting the address on our own label. We paid the UPS shipping cost via cash out of our pocket. Our return was for less than we calculated after taking that 10% restocking fee into account, so we inquired as to how they calculated the refund. We were informed that there was also a $10 "return shipping label fee that is nonrefundable." That is IN ADDITION to the 10% restocking fee. However, when we checked that math, it was still incorrect. This is a con, a scam, and nowhere in the return policy does it mention a $10 return shipping label fee. BEWARE! We will never order from this company again. It actually cost us money out of our pocket to return these 2 strings of lights. They just kept coming up with excuses and a random refund amount that does not add up. STAY AWAY!

Tree arrived damaged with star wiring ripped apart. I contacted the Company the next Monday (11/30) through their chat service (because you can not get through on the phone). I requested a refund and was told by Kelli we would see the refund in 5-7 business days. Contacted Kel through chat again on 12/10 and was told "The request was made but it appears to have not gone through the first time. I had a manager just push it through now." and that the refund should show in 3-5 business days. Well I contacted Peter via chat today. He stated the refund was applied to a replacement which I have not received and did not ask for. He has assured me the refund has now been processed. I guess I'll see in 3-5 business days. Absolutely frustrating. I will not purchase from them again.

Ordered 5 strings of lights. Received the wrong ones. They claim it was my fault I know it was theirs. Customer service was rude when they finally called me back. I was willing to pay the price difference, if there was one, if they would send the correct lights but they would not pay for the return. As I spend several hundred dollars on Christmas lights every year they just lost a valuable new customer.

We've purchased two trees from them. Bought because we figured the quality and longevity of the trees would be better than big box stores and wanted to support local. LED lights started going out in 2017 - 3 years after we bought the tree. Now, on year 6, whole branches of LED lights are out, single lights are out all over. Save your money - the quality of these trees is no better than the trees that are 50% (or more) cheaper at the big box.

Wow. I wish that I could give a better review. Better not miss that 30 day mark on a return or exchange because this company is relentless. They must be having financial problems as their products are extremely expensive and returns are difficult or impossible. Add COVID into the mix and your are out of luck!
My wife ordered the colored fairy lights on accident. She meant to order the warm fairy lights, but something went wrong (as it sometimes does). Once we got around to opening and installing the lights we noticed that the order was incorrect. All of the lights are still boxed, but we cannot use them.
As a business owner I always go by, it s not that you have problems, but how you handle those problems. Christmas lights etc. is clearly a company that is stuck in the rut of chasing money rather than creating ongoing relationships with repeat customers.
Sorry... I m done with you Christmas lights etc.

We spent 300+ dollars on LED light strands. Several quit working within a week. After suffering thru bad customer service they were replaced. Didn't much matter because the replacements quit working also.
Fast forward to the next Christmas...We just shortened the number of strands around the house because the warranty is now up we were informed. This year only 2 strands quit working.
Can't give 0 stars. Cheap junk.

I usually don't take time to write reviews but seeing some of the negative comments thought I'd pass along my experience. Finally decided it was time to purchase good outdoor Christmas lights instead of replacing half of what I'd bought every year from big box/discount stores. I ordered "bits and pieces" of cords, bulbs, hangers... since thanksgiving and everything arrived within few days; each order complete. The cool white lights I purchased were way brighter than I anticipated so I mailed those back (about 28 days into the 30 day return period) for warm white bulbs and saw today the refund had been applied back to my card. The phone thing was annoying until you trust them to get back to you by email/phone, which they did. I'll be doing business with them again and recommended them to neighbors that asked.
