My experience with this organization could not have been worse. I ve had to deal with the counseling service for over two years, but they have done nothing to include me in the treatment of my minor children. I have been excluded and ignored, and as a result have lost two years of my children s lives. The inefficiency of this organization has caused the legal process in my custody case to be dragged out long past the limit set by the State of Ohio for such cases, and even with a court order stating I am to be included in the process, the counselor still chooses to ignore me.

I have been directed to higher ups in the organization to express my concerns, and have reached out to everyone I have been directed to speak with. I have found that they are not interested in listening to what you have to say or what has been done incorrectly, they simply justify their actions and ignore the issues.

This agency is ruining my relationship with my children, and supporting parental alienation. Worst counseling practice I ve ever dealt with.

Love this place! The integrity, love and professionalism displayed to clients and employees is top notch!
This organization practices what they preach!

I travel just shy of 1 hour to receive counseling here and the quality of care is yet to be met. CCHO and Encompass treat children and adults and are capable of treating trauma related issues. To be honest, I can justify driving 2 hours to get here.
