Christ United Methodist Church: A Place of Worship, Community, and Service

Welcome to Christ United Methodist Church! We are a vibrant and welcoming community of believers located in the heart. Our mission is to share the love and grace of Jesus Christ with all people, and we do this through our worship services, ministries, outreach programs, and fellowship opportunities.

At Christ UMC, we believe that worship is at the center of our faith. That's why we invite you to join us every Sunday morning in the sanctuary at 10:00 am for traditional worship. Our services are designed to inspire your heart and mind with uplifting music, meaningful prayers, relevant sermons based on Scripture readings from both Old Testament and New Testament books.

We also offer contemporary worship services on Saturday evenings at 5:30 pm in our Fellowship Hall. These services feature modern music led by our praise band along with a message that speaks directly to today's world.

In addition to our regular worship services, we have a variety of ministries that cater to different age groups and interests. Our children's ministry provides a safe environment for kids to learn about God's love through fun activities like Bible stories crafts games songs etc., while youth ministry offers teenagers opportunities for spiritual growth through Bible studies retreats mission trips etc.

Our adult education classes provide an opportunity for adults who want more knowledge about their faith or just want some time away from everyday life stresses; these classes cover topics such as theology history ethics spirituality etc.

We also have several outreach programs designed specifically for those who need help or support in various ways. For example:

- The Food Pantry Ministry provides food assistance for families struggling financially.
- The Clothes Closet Ministry offers free clothing items such as coats hats gloves socks shoes etc., which can be especially helpful during winter months.
- The Prayer Shawl Ministry creates handmade shawls blankets scarves etc., which are given out as gifts or used during times when someone needs comfort or encouragement.
