My wife and I have been members of Christ Pres for 30 years and consider this church to be a safe place to explore and grow in our relationship to God and our fellow travelers.

Welcoming, hospitable atmosphere; strong in biblical teaching and application. A loving staff and congregation.

Christ Presbyterian Church is intentionally reaching out to spread the gospel in a winsome, but faithful way. Worship is hospitable, meaning welcoming to all. There is a missional mindset that extends beyond the walls of the church into the community, locally and beyond. Putting feet to the gospel. And we celebrate! God's goodness and his promises!

The singing was good, and people seemed friendly. But what really stuck with us
was the unashamed gospel message of the sermon. So nice to hear a preacher telling what God requires of us, then reminding us that even though we fall short, "grace will lead us home."

Love being a part of this church, as much today as ever!

This is definitely a 'come as you are' kind of church- come as you are dressed; come as you are struggling; come as you are hurting; come as you are hungry; come as you are happy and come as you are ready to be challenged. The teaching is Biblical, rooted in historical orthodoxy and delivered in a fusion of cultural relevance and personal conviction... AND we have communion every week!

When we moved to Nashville 5 years ago we were looking for a church and school community that was strong in Biblical theology but also warm and encouraging for our family. CPC has been a blessing. Please come visit anytime!

Chris Presbyterian Church has a really open friendly atmosphere. I felt welcome and enjoyed being there. I find myself being pulled into the fellowship there. I think everyone should try them out.

The pastor came from a church in NYC and trained with Tim Keller, author of many NYT best-selling books, so I wanted to check out his message when he first arrived. The pastor is extremely gifted at making Scripture relevant and addressing the questions of a skeptic. The missional communities have something for everyone. And the church is outwardly city-focused. Great programming for youth and kids as well.

I am one of the founding members of Christ Presbyterian Church and I have not seen such enthusiasm and excitement in this church since 1981. The leadership of the church is doing a great job allowing the congregation to use their gifts for Christ within the church and the greater Nashville Community. The goal is the increase of Jesus in the community, not the growth of Christ Presbyterian Church. The financial generosity of the church, is allowing the gospel of Christ to be shared beyond the walls of our church and our denomination. These are exciting times at Christ Presbyterian Church.

We have been members at Christ Presbyterian for over 9 years. After moving from California to Nashville, the Church and Academy became family very quickly. We have loved being there to serve and have been served in many ways. It is a place where the gospel of Jesus Christ is preached and where all people are welcome.
