I've used this fish bar for forty years and I'm convinced it's the best chippy in Stafford

Friday Lunch time . Fish & chips please ' We don't cook fish on a Friday '. Do you sell any drink apart from coke ? ' No ' Bag of chips then please ' it's going to be a 20 -25 minute wait ' . No other customers in shop at 12.30 dinner time. WORST ' CHIPSHOP ' IN UK !

Portions OK but food overcooked, especially the chips. The indifference of the owner has to be seen to be believed, customers are an interruption to his conversations with 'girls'.

Great fish and chips. Which means it can be insanely busy at times.

Brilliant fish and chip shop, one of my favourites in Stafford. Food is warm and delicious and it's always a quick and easy order. Not sure why there's reviews below a four to be honest.

Just simply the best chips I've tasted. Going back on Saturday for a must try fish and chips. I must also add, the staff are very nice too.

Well what can I say this is the best chippy in Stafford.The staff are very friendly people who treat there customers with respect.The food is always cooked to perfection from the chips,fish,burgers,homemade fish cakes,southern fried chicken ,,kebabs ,sausages in batter and all the other food they serve .If I could I would give it 10star rating .So If You Do Pass Threw STAFFORD Please Call In You Will Not Be Let Down.I Would Like say Thank You To All The Staff For The Great service You Do

Really nice Cod and chips etc, however order chicken and it's tiny portions and the chicken kebab meat is almost spongy it's so moist, not the best. No tikka option etc as us standard... Yes Stafford's best 'Fish' and chip shop but the other food needs some work...honest review

Not been here in a very long time but when I went it the food was great, staff friendly and good portion sizes.

The best fish and chips this side of Hull Yorkshire. They know what fish and chips are supposed to taste like! I'm from there and I should know! Fantastic.
