1. Vignette viel zu teuer und nicht transparent

Berechneter Preis: 100 BGN (~50 €) wurden mir pauschal für eine Woche Vignette abgezogen – obwohl eine einwöchige Vignette nur 18 BGN (~9 €) kostet.

Zeitpunkt der Information: Dieser Aufschlag war in der Buchung nicht ersichtlich und wurde erst bei Fahrzeugübernahme berechnet.

Forderung: Bitte stellt die korrekten Vignettenpreise (inkl. Währung und Umrechnung) bereits während des Buchungsprozesses klar dar und berechnet nur die tatsächlichen Kosten.


2. Ungenauer Tankstand

Bei der Übergabe wurde der Tank als „voll“ protokolliert, obwohl die digitale Anzeige nur eine Reichweite von ca. 600 km anzeigte.

Diese Diskrepanz fiel mir erst bei der Rückgabe auf als ich voll getankt habe und Anzeige zeigte 800km
