good experience overall. a team of helpful people, friendly designers. as much as possible discussed before purchase. honest with unit's capabilities. called to follow up. introduced quality tempering machine. need windows. test prints work well.
Writing this review because great guy on the phone and skype really helped. Totally knowledgeable and respectful of my needs. I followed these guys by facebook for a few years. When the time was right I made contact as not really bothered by 2D so waited for 3D. A grade customer service. Some of the models I made with blender printed as expected. Made use of my old windows 10 laptop for the slicer, so consider keeping one around if you plan to upgrade. The information they present about the results is totally accurate imho. Good job guys.
needed clarification of a few things. as a lot of conflicting info about. i spoke with antony on the phone who has all the knowledge of his craft and was very obliging in every way. this is the person to see for accurate information. i was told incorrect things by a tradesperson i met before. but this friendly expert put things clear. he told me there was a lot of misunderstanding out there, mostly because people don't read his published work. communication was hindered a bit because of time differences which i guess can't be helped. purchasing procedure a little lengthy but professional.

Edit. As I wrote last time in 2019, Anthony is incredibly friendly and even stayed up late to help me design and code my first chocolate print. This review has 4 stars solely because of the designer Anthony. It would have been 5 but it seems he is the only person to put the time and effort into helping me. I had to recently contact him again for more help and he dedicated his whole evening to me on WhatsApp and remains the most helpful person I have ever experienced. It seems he has to do a lot more than designing as he practically handles everything which means he knows everything I needed to know.

My other business stuff and it s take 1 hour to do 1 small piece of 3D chocolate (2 x2 ), I ve complained and asked for my money back and for them to pick it up and I ve had nothing back
