I want to thank Chisholm Chisholm Y Kilpatrick for all the help I've received. I personally think the Veteran's Administration is not very helpful to its veterans. I have over time made many VA phone calls, left many messages, and completed many forms with no results. The diligence of your lawyers and staff has brought results that I could not receive on my own. I would be happy to refer you to any veteran needing additional help.
I am a Desert Storm veteran. I had been trying on my own for 13 years without success to get my VA disabilities... I actually had quit a few times I was so frustrated but a couple of my veteran buddies persuaded me to get back into the fight. Finally a friend told me about Chisholm Chisholm. so I hired them in 2017. And 2019 everything happened for me I went from no disability pay to 70% and 10 years Backpay.Then in 2020 Chisholm got me moved up to 90%.... they are truly truly a great veteran law firm and they're still working for me to get me my hundred percent you can't go wrong with these guys.
I wish I could rate this law firm 0 I would. They are unresponsive, uninterested, unprofessional, and so many other things. There are so many other law firms to choose from that I am sure would be far better than this one. They did not reach out to us after receiving any of our documents and treated us poorly, remaining uninterested in doing anything to help. These people are everything a lawyer and a law firm should not be. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
They advertise to help Veterans with their Disability cases. Well we submitted our information for my husband's case via their online portal and got no response. Then we followed up with 2 phone calls and left messages and STILL haven't received any response from them. Sorry, but we've "hurried up and waited" long enough for someone to care about my husband. Either you're going to take the case or you're not, but don't be rude and keep Veterans hanging. We already feel like 2nd rate citizens, we don't need you monopolizing off of us, pretending to care, thanks.
I feel honored to recommend this firm to all veterans that need representation. From day one they were knowledgeable with the VA process. They kept me informed throug every step in the process with emails and phone calls. Great customer service skills from everyone that I spoke with. Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD has been very Professional and Responsive from the start. Only two weeks after signing with them I saw things happening with my file. I had received notice that one of my claims had been approved and I was at a 40% rating. Within 2 months, I had been sent a letter from the VA to tell me another claim had been approved and was now at 80% rating. I had tears coming down my face. I had been struggling for 6 1/2 years trying to get my claims approved and completed. That wasn't enough for Chisholm Chisholm and Kilpatrick LTD. They continued to work and helped me get the best they could. I am now at 100% plus. This would never have happened doing this on my own. I would suggest this company with a second thought. They are worth every cent and more.
