The experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided enough information about the different cosmetic surgery procedures offered. I found the pricing for their services to be reasonable, compared to other similar clinics. However, I was slightly disappointed with the lack of before and after photos on their website. It would have been helpful to see actual outcomes of their procedures. The customer service was satisfactory, although I had to wait a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. The staff was polite and answered my questions adequately. The overall communication was decent, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. Nevertheless, considering the affordability and the fairly decent service, I would consider giving them another chance in the future.
