customer service is a nightmare. The call took very long to go through and the staff is not helpful at all. The signal is very bad, with lots of side noises, hard to understand them. There is also no online chat/email available, makes it very inconvenient

Just wanted to say I've never experienced a better Airlines than China Southern. I flew to Phnom Penh and back and you truly made the burden of flying a pleasure. So much service in the plane, and great food! Thank you & happy Chinese new year!

Flight was fine, customer service is a nightmare/nonexistent. You ll only receive messages that you re forwarded to the relevant department..

Comfortable fligh, Amsterdam to Guangzhou seats somewhat smaller then other long distance flights/airlines. Food was quit ok, entertainment system good selection of movies and tv shows. Music channel's somewhat limited. Free wifi fantastic!!!! Good and efficient service. Water served all night during the flight. Really recommend csair.
