Very unprofessional in their response when we had an incident of a nanny being interviewed who said she was from this agency but when my partner contacted them - they became defensive and unconcerned when they said the person had not been registered at their agency which is even more alarming on a parent's part. - And as my partner has stated in the email exchange which you referred to as not a direct method of contacting your company, you have made the situation worst with your unprofessional reply to the review also.

As a nanny agencies can just send you to any family. Amanda makes sure that you are a suitable match for each other.
She is very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.
I will ask Amanda for help when it s time to look for a new family for myself. She very patiently helps me with things like my DBS.
