Such a great company to work for! They truly care about their patients and employees!

The nurse that came to our home for a "home visit" was amazing! Kathy was great with my son. He said he doesn't want to go to the doctor anymore, he just wants Kathy to come to our house. LOL

This company is awesome. After working in this field of nursing in North and East Texas over the past several years, I believe that this agency is the most personable and accommodating place to be, whether as an employee or as a patient/family. Our office staff is amazing in the endeavors to coordinate everything from helping to fulfill the needs of the staff to accommodating the needs of the patients and their families to the best of their abilities.

Children's Home Healthcare has been provided nursing services for my disable son for 3 weeks. Last Monday, my son got sick and entered hospital. They terminated their services right away.

Terrible office staff they make excuses for not having nursing care and the support staff that commits Medicaid fraud. Very sad that this company is like this. the owner is a liar and so is the office staff. If you are looking for a company that cannot fill hours and leaves the parents working the shift and make excuses this would be the company for you. Don t believe the lies that they tell you. Qui, Melissa, Chis, and the owners are all liars. They take on clients and cannot fill shift. Parents need to report this you are NOT alone and the only way to make companies like this to responsibility is to report it to HHSC. Your child is a number not a human. How can they send new nurses to work independent? But they do. DONT DO IT RUN VERY FAST.

As a parent of a critical care little girl who requires 24 hour nursing care, this company has not done their best to meet our expectations. We have experience with 2 other companies and this one has shown us that our wants and needs are not their priorty as promised when we signed up with them several years ago. They would rather have their pride and continue with a power trip than satisfy our needs with the nurses we requested. We, the family, are not being put first, as promised. Not a company I recommend unless you really don't care who is caring for your child. We almost lost our daughter because of lack of nursing skills of a "fill-in" nurse, and now the company questions us on why we don't want any new nurses out here but want our core group to be here and not boycotted from our house over some issue of a signature on a paper. This company would rather have our daughter put in another possible harmful situation.

The CHILDREN'S DALLAS HOME HEALTHCARE has a superior reputation of values, character and opportunities towards its employees and patients. This company has continued growth and success. Working for this company of respectful team players has been a wonderful experience with both patients and staff members. I am grateful to have been a part of this organization as a field Nurse.

Children's is a great company to work for. I haven't been with them long but I must say I have enjoyed it so far.
