Staffing is rude and takes the nurses for granted. They try to lowball you on pay.

Some of the group homes are dirty. One of them smells like there's cats and a litterbox in the house.

The power to one of the group homes went out the other night and the generator wouldn't work properly; the fire department had to come out. They said it was their SECOND call out to the house for the same issue.
This is a house with vent patients. Very dangerous.

Don't be fooled by their so-called reputation. They are known for hiring brand new nurses with next to no experience.

the secretaries who pick up the phone do not attend well, and do not want to help much. I have a prescription for a milk and they say I need another recipe and they do not explain well. they do it very hard

worst company to do business with they dont pay their vendors. We use to transport their patients and they don't pay our invoices. They have rude staff and cheap managers who like to stiff out their vendors from paying them.

Great company. Daycare has been amazing with my child and ensures to keep me up to date on any and all concerns they may have.

I cant ever say anything negative about Children First, they really do put our children first, this previous week i was having issues with my youngest sons bed, and i was having a very difficult time trying to readjust it, so i called Children First and let them know of my issue and they quickly dispatched one of their drivers out to assist me, the gentleman that arrived at my home name was John Ayala, he was extremely polite and didn't seem to be bothered to help me in something so minor. John fix the issue very quick and also walked me threw step by step on how to readjust the bed if the issue was to ever happen again. I really appreciated his help and really could not thank him enough for it.

OK place to work and will give new nurses a chance. Did not do direct deposit when I was working there; which was a little inconvenient.

ChildrenFirst is a wonderful place to work. The staff are all friendly and very dedicated to supporting medically fragile and complex infants and children. I am proud to be apart of such an amazing organization.

Deserves 0 stars. Put aside the fact that the delivery of your child's supplies is late, missing items and contains wrong items. The staff is rude and put their own ego and narcissism before the patient's health.

Driver speeds. Does not obey traffic signs. Sped threw two stop signs. Almost hit one car. Slammed on breaks. Cut off three other cars. Lord i hope no one was on board the van.

Children First is a great place to work, the staff and owner work as a team!!!!
Caring for these medically challenged kids are our top priority

My nephew was relocated here from Puerto Rico after Hurricane Irma. He came here without his medical supplies and had gone days with out his feeding bags, suction catheters and formula. He had not had his insurance established yet nor did we know where he would be seen by a physician moving forward but after speaking with Ana in patient services we were able to get set up the very next day with new equipment and supplies! She even got us connected with a doctor in the area and signed us up for Medical Daycare! Everyone I spoke with was so knowledable about the resources in the community. Thank you for making our stressful situation so much easier!

Horrible place. I dont understand how they are still in business. Suppose to be at my house on Monday and never show no call. Got a call 3 days later saying will be at our house at 11am with my daughters feeding tube supplies. Call them almost 2hrs later wondering where they at. Said driver had an emergency in palm bay. Never got a call to say they will be late. Until my husband called. Needless to say we refused their business. Would never recommend to another family.

I have to say this was my first experience with this company and was very pleased with the quick service. Isis Centeno in the order management department was very caring, thorough and helpful in guiding me through the initial documentation and approval process for my son's supplies. I would highly recommend this company.

Children First is Excellent. They are the company that supply all of my daughter's medical supplies for the last 5 years. They have the best customer service, starting with Ana. It doesnt matter the day or time, if you have an emergency and you need oxygen or supplies, they will deliver.
I highly recommend them.

I give this place 5 stars. We had a great experience from start to finish. Our driver was a Mr. Kervens Dean Baptiste (I hope I spelled his last name correctly lol!) He was delivering a nebulizer machine for my 20 month old daughter. He made sure to stay communication with me about his ETA. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. He went over the equipment with me and my daughter. He didn't rush, asked if we had any questions. I signed all necessary paperwork. He asked before leaving if we had any questions, and he also told us about the warranty on the product. I would definitely recommend this company/driver to friends and family.

I truly appreciate Children First for helping me in obtaining a rechargeable suction machine before the storm hit without giving me a hard time unlike our current supplier did. Staff is awesome (specially Mrs. Sharissee) and I am grateful to have been refer to Children First.

Exceptional service by John Ayala he was extremely helpful in setting up my niece's feeding tube system and took the time to make sure we knew how to operate it. Thank you for providing such great service again.

I received a call from the rudest most dry and sarcastic person from this company named so call Chances...you people need to retrain your staff

ChildrenFirst has been an amazing workplace. The Owners, Clinicians, Management Team & Staff have all been extremely warm and welcoming. I am so proud and filled with joy that I have found such a dedicated organization with medically fragile and complex children.

Completely unhappy! If you need help with your children, please, please go to someone who actually cares! We went unheard 100% of the time!

I appreciate the man with long hair name John or johnathan for helping troubleshoot my sons regulator saved us all a scare bless you young man

ChildrenFirst is a wonderful organization. There are wonderful nurses working here that do such great work for the children. I truly enjoy being a part of such a positive environment!

Please give my compliments to Rolando your driver for medical supplies. The first driver from Children's firat appeared to hate his job and didn't take anytime to speak to me about my child's chair. But Rolando had it out of the box. Showed us how to adjust the legs and it was evident that he cared about the delivery. Rolando is very professional. Thank you to Olivia the manager too for being efficient and for great problem solving skills. :-)

Working with ChildrenFirst has been a major blessing. Seeing their medical daycares firsthand gave me the trust I needed for our family to partner with ChildrenFirst. Coming from a small independent doctor's office, we didn't expect such a well-oiled machine at the Orlando office.
