Most of the exhibits are for pretty little kids, but my 3 year old loved it. The hydro exhibit was great. Everyone who works there was super helpful, the arts and crafts team especially.

Personally, I think this is a good place to take a child ages 3 to 6. I brought my 4 year old nephew and he enjoyed himself. However, when I asked him if he wanted me to bring him again he said "no thank you" lol.
Generally, you have to order your tickets online. There tickets consist of two hours sessions, after your time is up everyone exits and the museum closes one hour to clean. No food is allowed or sold there, but you can bring water.
There are four floors where a child can interact. The bathroom is on the basement level. On the first floor, where you enter, there is an arts and craft location, as well as the museum store. One floor had a superhero theme, another was dedicated to Dora and Diego the Explorers, another had a slide, some cars like a firetruck and bus, and some had musical instraments. There were a few touch screen computer, puzzles, games, and balls, etc. along the way.
Cool museum for children 2-6 years old. Now, July 2021, you and your children need to wear masks. Also there are time slots during which you can visit. Check their website before coming. You don't need to make reservations ahead of time
WOW! Exceeded my expectations. We are delighted. The children had so much fun and there were plenty of nuggets for the parents in the area of early childhood development (level 3). We shall definitely be coming back because the two hours flew by and didn't fully explore LL. The bathrooms were clean as well as the changing tables. Thank you
We visited the museum last Thursday. I didn t factor in the flooding from the heavy storm we got from hurricane Ida. It was a trek to get there and I also forgot my vaccination cards. It took me a while to get a picture of them but I must say Susan was very patient and helpful. She also allowed us to come back for the following 2 hour session since we lost so much time. Thank you Susan!!
I visit the museum at least once a year, since my sister who is 22 was a toddler. My kids loved coming here and my youngest is now 14 and still
Enjoys it. I enjoy it as well and now we bring my kids little brother to the CMOM. He can t wait to return. He loved the water area.
Hope to visit again before the water area closes.
Great experience. Best part was the outdoor water tables.
Wow what a fantastic place to take a kid. I went with my 2.5 year old and get friend. The design for this place is incredible. My daughter could have stayed on each floor for hours. Well return. I highly encourage any family with young children under 5 to come here
This is the 3rd time my son visited this museum in his life. He loves it!
On our 3rd visit, he visited with his friend & they had a blast together. It was a lot less crowded due to covid passing and precautions taken into effect.
They have arts and crafts on the first floor. On the 2nd floor they have a variety of learning and fun activities and interactive tools the kids can explore.
On the 3rd floor, they have fire fighter truck simulations and & grocery store simulator. They also have an alphabet alligator that's really cute.
One new thing I didn't see them have is their H2O section that's outdoors. Really cute!
I absolutely recommend if you want to spice things up for your young one to let them have fun exploring while learning and don't want the big crowds come to this place. It's a must!
Loved the Lower level we showed up at 10 am and played in the 0-2 room. We had the whole place to ourselves
My baby loved this place it was hard for us to leave. It was only when she was hungry and we only had 15 min left that I was able to leave this place. Some of the other kids were literally crying lol.
