Took my daughter and i was there more then 8 hours and nobody saw her and new Patient we re coming and they were getting him an admit it and my daughter not and I asked the nurse what s going on and she said that if I didn t like it I could go to another hospital so that s what I did.
I came here as a child 30 years ago for treatment. Although the treatment was tough, I loved coming to the campus because they made me feel special. My 4 year old has had problems for years that Kaiser has ignored. The experienced neurologist here finally gave a correct diagnosis for him today. I felt so relieved and more complete. They made my child feel so special, and they took my concerns seriously. No other place made me feel like my child mattered. Chla is still the best place for kids!
Thank You for your help my son did have stomach problems. A Doctor relieved him. I still practice the techniques used to save his life. Now we're battling a Otis Media and if I could bring him there I would. Any referral would be appreciated.
So grateful for these skillful team of doctors and nurses who treated my baby with an emergency of a severe allergic reaction. Spent the night and was provided with the best hospitality experience. Thank you for the knowledge on keeping my baby safe in the future, and making me feel comfortable in the most traumatic time of my life. Beyond recommend this hospital!!!
I just wanted to hop on here and say that I think most of these negative reviews are by people who are forgetting that we are, as a nation, going through a tough time, it's the hardest for Hospitals, supplies, staff, attitudes etc. DONT go to a hospital for a cut, a bump, a bruise. Don't leave negative reviews about a facility about the lack there of in staff, NO one has staff it's not particular to the facility. If you are so offended you go get a nursing degree and pitch in! BE HELPFUL! NOT HARMFUL!
Wow this is an amazing hospital with amazing caring and patient staff they go above and beyond for you and your childrens needs! They make sure you and your children are comfortable they know whats going on every step of the way the own down side is the wait but incredibly acknowledge drs make it worth the wait will continue to come here thank you for all your help!
Emergency room was packed at 8pm and there was about 35-50 people waiting too be seen. Kids coughing sneezing not once did a staff member come to disenfect the used dirty seats or wipe anything down. GERMS EVERYWHERE! IT 8 HOURS TOO BE SEEN AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM WOW RIDICULOUS!!!!!! In about 5 hours only 2 patients were called to the back on one out of 2 sides. I always come here when there is an emergency but honestly might not ever come back
I love the children s emergency place they treated my son so kindly and they all loved him.
From olive view he got transfer to children s hospital & since we got there they got to it there was like 5 or more doctors.
Honestly we got the best service ever, sadly I wouldn t stay nights with him because his twin sister was a baby and she also needed me, the nurses would always call to make sure I would get all the information or plans the doctors had. Amazing hospital, also they treated my niece amazing as well when she was in this hospital.
Worst hospital in the country!!!!! Stay away!!! A complete mess. Overwhelmed with patients very dirty facilities, the department staff forgets to put in medication, they are completely lost in a system that doesn t work for multiple reasons. The biggest one being that they are very disorganized and secondly that the California MediCal is completely messed up and fragmented making it impossible fir children with multiple issues to get their services and medications. What a disgrace
I believe this place is such a wonderful place it was very crowded but everyone handled the coronavirus situation wonderfully. I went to the garden and took pictures and it's just beautifully dedicated to children.
