So much fun! This is a go to place for families and friends. A fun place to go during the winter when you can t think of anything else to do. Also the poutines at their chalet are delicious!

Small ski hill but the best in the area. Great for learning skiing and snowboarding. Rental gear, lessons, good practice areas. Night skiing with cheap pricing for the last 2 hours before closing. Great for families. Has tubing too.
There is also mountain biking, zip king and other activities in the summer, but I haven't tried them so I can't comment.
Overall, a great place to spend the day outdoors right in the city of Kitchener.
For the price and location, honestly can't complain. Sure the hills are not comparable to like Blue Mountain, but still pretty fun and the staff are great there!!!
Small local ski hill that satisfies my seasonal snowboarding wants. Short runs but doesn't usually get too busy, the lines move at a good rate.
Lots of selection but things are kind of scattered and no real focus of the activities.
Good for younger kids during the summer. Summer tubing was extremely disappointing compared to winter tubing. Big zip line was fun but very rough stop at the end.
Instructors are friendly. Highly recommended place for beginners
Better value at Snow Valley for the extra drive. Slopes at Chicopee are great for kids, but not nearly as thrilling as Snow Valley. A few safety issues. Not enough brake mats at the end means crashing into sandbags half of the time. The conveyor belt is not long enough. You walk halfway up the hill before you reach the conveyor belt. Snow Valley tows you up as you sit on your tube from the bottom of the hill. Tubes are dirty and have "Pepsi" advertising on them. Floors are dirty in common areas. Double the price, half the value. The 2 hour limit is lame, but you'll be so bored you'll want to leave anyway. Good things include great for young kids, you can go down the hill 3 at a time and location. Disappointed, won't be returning. My 10 year old niece liked it. My calves feel stronger with all of the extra walking. Maybe I can start my career as a calve model. Vogue, here I come!
My son brought his own snowboard but it wasn't up to their standards and wanted an extra $35 to rent one of theirs for an hour and a half after we had paid $23 for a lift pass. Scam.
My body weight works to my advantage as I hurtle down the hill on an inner tube. Fun for the whole family! Snow on demand!
Just drove through on family day ,in the evening.lots of people having fun.
Giant tobogganing for a high price. Went once so I can say I've done it. Next time I'll just go sledding with the kids for free, or actual skiing for longer and probably cheaper.
Nice urban ski resort / hills for all levels but expert skiers. Mondays or late afternoons are affordable fun for those with gear...
Love snowboarding here but today the ski patrol that works there were not very friendly, nor were they very concerned with what was going on throughout the day.
It was fun to visit Chicopee. Fun time, definitely family friendly and fun place for kids specially it being outdoors :) worth the money. It was well maintained.
Great venue for Rugged Maniac. Great location and parking
Enjoyable place to be with your family or friends for tubing.
We had great time at chicoppe tubing park. Enjoyed a lot
Spent a couple of hours here with a couple of children aged 5 & 8. Zipline was fun and safe. Tube ride wasn't anything special. Kids enjoyed the spider climbing rig. The obstacle course was kind of a cluster because the safety cables don't slide smoothly though their channels, which caused a lot of issues with shorter kids.
Good instructors, great with kids. Comfortable lounge/restaurant area.
I know there are better ski resorts out there but for me this is the best one in the area.
They just got a new terrain park which is a beauty!
Its very good for beginners and people of all sizes and ages!
I DO NOT WORK OR AM ASOCIATED WITH THEM IN ANYWAY IM JUST A NORMAL SKIIER
Nice place to learn skiing... always nice to go there and practice and hang with my friends...
This is a terrible place we didn t do the activities promised. I payed 33$ for 3 out of the 7 activities promised. And the activities I did were not even fun they were terrible. All teachers out there do not bring your students to this awful place.
Good place to start learning ski or snowboard. Go there during holiday. 1-hour lessons + rental for a good price.
Decent place to go in the KW area. Not many runs however strong efforts to make snow all over. Busy times during the weekend as the snow school is in session.
The staff was very rude and inconsiderate.
Use to like coming hear but not now.
The hills have not been maintain very bumpy
There r places cheaper and friendlier
Helpful staff and decent prices. Great local ski place for beginners. Staff is ready to help at any moment and over and over again. End of the day it was a worthy.
After moving to the Rocky Mountains I realize just how small this hill is but hey... Im pretty proud to say i learned how to snowboard here. #Home
I learned to snowboard at Chicopee when I was much younger. This wonderful ski resort located in Kitchener has been serving the public well for many years and will continue to do so. I especially enjoy their trick park, they tend to have awesome rails and jumps. Each year is unique. Keep up the great work can t wait to get out there this season. Highly recommended for beginners & those looking to get their winter activity fix.
Chicopee Tube Park is a great option for a family event in the winter. We find that about 2 hours is a good amount of time (or 3 hours if it is really busy). They give you just over the 2 hours of time on your tag so you have time to get ready to go. They have the ability to make snow for the hill so it is often open all winter. Various amounts of "slow down mats" are used to make sure you don't crash at the bottom based on hill conditions. Helmets are required for children. You can rent them there or bring your own. All forms of helmets are accepted from hockey helmets to ski helmets to bike helmets.
They have a moving sidewalk mat to help you get up the hill without having to walk all the way up. At the top of the hill staff give you a nice push and spin (if you wish). The size of the group allowed to go at one time will vary based on the hill conditions. There are 6 runs that are able to be open at one time. They open up the number of runs based on how many people are on the hill.
For those of you watching there is a heated chalet overlooking the hill. It is also a great place to get a warm drink or snack. We love the fries and hot chocolate!
Fun ski hill in town, it's nice that we have something like this
