Overall friendly, but don't rely on the posted hours. Whatever the posted hours are, I'd plan on getting there an hour before, or an hour later, if you need to go there for anything.

We went to get there to get our Taste of Chico tickets this year (2018) sine they stopped distributing them to all the businesses that the used to in years past. It was very frustrating to coordinate my work schedule with getting there, but once I figured out their actual hours, it worked out, and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

The DCBA exemplifies all that is wrong with the Chico political scene. This organization produces mediocre results with spiraling costs. The definition of an organization that has become completely self serving.

Love the DCBA! They're always hosting great events that highlight local businesses and all things uniquely Chico. As a previous vendor at the Thursday Night Market I found their office to be exceptionally courteous, professional, and fun!

The dirtiest downtown district I ve been in. Parking is horrible. Don t bother, unless you feel like picking your way through a forest of homeless while the minutes tick away on the ridiculously short meter.
