This Chicken Express is ALWAYS on point. I ask for extra crispy sides all the time and they actually take the time to do it (unlike a lot of other places). I've even worked at a chicken express before and this one is above and beyond! I am never dissatisfied

I have done business here for many years however this evening was not acceptable. Called in order like many times before arrived and went in drive through. Let them know was there for pickup was told to pull around to window. There was one vehicle in front of me I sat behind them while they was at window for 34 minutes. Totally unacceptable!!!!!! There was people behind me as well that I m sure was just as concerned as I was as to what the heck! When got to window finally the girl did not have correct order so now what.... well here comes Diashia or something close to that and was very rude after I ask what seems to be the issue. She explained that everyone was waiting on tenders?? EVERYONE!!! One vehicle in front of me for 34 minutes how many tenders did they order 600? Ask that she discount for the wait or get me freshly cooked fish rather that 45 minute old soggy fish she simply denied. I just may take the longer trip to another chicken express Freon now on rather than spend my money here to a owner who hires such people or instructs them in such a manner.
Awesome food as always but need military and senior discounts. Lets get with the rest of the norms here please.

They wear their face masks with their nose exposed. Didnt feel safe. Probably won't eat there till it's corrected.

Been sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for a large sweet tea, I guess they can't have the cars at the window to pull around when they have big orders.
Their livers, gizzards and corn nuggets are the best. My mate loves the ice tea. Their service is fast and accurate. Way to do it!

This particular location has always been a favorite of mine. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh. The manager really knows how to treat his staff and customers. It's very clean.

First time I ever ate there and it will be the last. Absolutely flavorless fried chicken. I don't think they add any seasonings to the batter whatsoever. Sorry guys, I like some flavor here. What is this, hospital food? Fries were cold and limp. GONG! Won't be back.

Just would like to say that whoever you have taking orders at the window tonight is not very polite. When we were ready to order he said, What do you want? Then after each thing we ordered, he said, what else, what else? In my opinion that is a rude way to address a customer.
Very good fries chicken and sides. I thought I would get more poppers than I did. I ordered 6 got three but got extra corn fritters instead. I do prefer Popeyes Chicken.
I do not frequent this restaurant, but when I do, I trust them to perform their jobs correctly. Last night I was highly disappointed to find that they failed fill my order as placed. And when I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told it was "my fault as I did not check it". There was no apology for the mix up, nor attempt to make it right. Apparently I am not to trust them to do their job correctly when I spend my money at their establishment. I will not go here again.
I really like their food. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
The service and food was amazing. The only reason we gave it a 3 was because of the poor management that was displaced in front of us. Not only was her attitude poor but she was also rude to the employee. Idc if it's your 1st day or 100th day on the job. Management should never treat an employee the way she did.

We just came through the drive through and ordered two 7 piece tender meals and only received 5 tenders in each 7 piece meal. It would be nice to get what I ordered and not shorted . Make sure your employees are counting correctly .
For one they aren't wereing masks I got hair in my drink and that's without even get to the food

Went inside with a group of about 15. Food was fresh and service was great even though it was about an hour before closing. Will definitely be back.
Can never go wrong with Chicken Express. They're almost always very quick with getting us our food and drinks. However, my last visit took much longer to get our order (we only got two meals and drinks) and they messed up on one meal. We've only had the one poor experience so we do intend to go back!
While waiting in the drive thru,I noticed food on the floor, which in my eyes doesn't look good when I'm ordering food and it's on the floor. I told the employee and she acted like, so what. She was very rude and I asked for the supervisor and she was the supervisor. How she got that position with the way she spoke to me, I don't get it. Sadly this will be my last visit.
