Great owners good chicken the only reason it's not a five star it's because of the peanut oil that use to cook the chicken in for people who have peanut allergies

Rude staff. Nobody greeted me. Asked to speak to the manager on duty but he looked at me and said he was busy. Cashier told me the tea was not fresh. This location is trash

All Chick-fil-a's are good but this was the best of the best!

I will never step foot in this location again. I've had better customer service from crackheads asking for money in the parking lot of Wawa. So here we go... I ordered to eat in. Five people behind me got there food and left and I still didn't have my food. After the first two left I politely asked if it was much longer. After the next three left I got up and asked again and they said they were waiting on more regular sandwiches. After a few more minutes I went to counter to inquire a third time. They put one regular sandwich up from kitchen and said they didn't have anymore going. There workers shrugged their shoulders like who cares. At that point I asked for refund.

Great breakfast menu and awesome iced coffee. Incredible drive through speeds too.

Walked in was greeted with a smile on her face great attitude quick in and out told her what I want not even 1 min later I had my food in my hand and my drink hot and fresh

Accidentally ordered regular nugget meals instead of kids. I asked if we could redo the transaction. After the guy checked with a supervisor, she spoke to me and they said they wouldn't cancel and redo but could put in kids bags and give me a gift card or voucher. Long story short, I never received the gift card or let me redo the transaction. On a positive note, the manager is very sweet and always walks around the restaurant ensuring everyone is happy. I feel like the kids menu should be with the rest of the menu up on the wall (instead of a tiny board not at my eye level). I prefer the chick-fil-A on Gandy. Customer service is phenominal. The customer is always right and they give 10% mil discount!

Twice now we have ordered through Uber Eats.
Both times, the orders came up short. The bags were sealed. So, I know it wasn't the Driver.

Delicious every time. Great quality and great service. If you children, go inside and let them have fun in the play area.

Drive-through is usually packed during busy hours but other than that Great place to eat

Kari, the customer service Mgr is exceptional . I visited the 4th st location and had a little mix up on my behalf. It was an extremely busy night and I called and spoke with Mgr Brandy who was the nicest , and most pleasant person to speak with. She immediately tried to resolve the issue and directed the Inquiry to Kari. Both proved the outstanding customer service above and beyond what I experience every time I visit this location. The staff is wonderful as well. All around great place to eat and meet with friends. Thx again guys.

This location is the worst when trying to order from Bitesquad. I've order many times and it's always horrible. Would never recommend.

I love Chick Fil A. I mean who doesn't? Just check out their drive thru lines on a daily basis to find out. With that said, I'm only giving this place 4 stars because almost every single time that I come here something is missing from my order. Quality is great, service is great, but accuracy is somewhat lacking. I will say though that I understand they are in a fast pace work environment, but it's not the 1st Chick Fil A I've been to so I suppose I hold them to pretty high standards. And I keep coming back because hoping they get better at it. Only time will tell. Nonetheless, everything else is great.

Hot, fresh, tasty and accurate. Don't be deterred by long lines. They move quickly!

Food was excellent and my 7 year old son was able to burn off some energy playing on the playground.

Tots Were Hot, Coke Was Crisp....But Burrito Mild (Temp) At Best & Little Chewy. But Always Staffed Well, Very Prompt and Clean. Eat More Chicken!

We love Chick-fil-A, but unfortunately they add to much black pepper and I can't eat any more,and I believe many people have the same issue. Please guys let's me eat again. Do regulars without pepper. Thanks

Good food and customer service! Never a bad experience. I went through the drive thru and it was crowded as usual. However, they make it work.

Fast, priced well and delicious. You almost can't call it fast food. Chick-fil-A is in a league of it's own and this location keeps that reputation going.

I have to admit I like Chick-fil-A. I had not visited in years until I downloaded the app to get a free sandwich. The old feelings came flooding back. Chick-fil-A sandwiches are delicious. That chicken is tender and juicy all the time. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are the nicest.

This is the first time I've been to a Chick-fil-A, and I went at lunch time. The line was very very long, but they have the science of taking orders and payments down to a T, and the wait to get through the line and get my food was surprisingly short. The chicken sandwich was yummy, and thank you for having fruit cups available as an option instead of fries.

It is Chick-fil-a: good food, great service, nice atmosphere. What you expect from a well run franchise.

First, I was given the wrong drink. Then I was given bad soda that tasted like seltzer. Then I was given my order minus a sandwich, then they were unable to give me a receipt or a refund...

This all took 30 minutes, the food was ok AT BEST since it was basically cold by the time this was over. Second and last chic-fil-a experience.

The employees were very nice and help me with my order.

Exactly what was expected from Chick-fil-A. Enough said.
