Chick-fil-A - Avon Review

Nice employees as expected from a Chick-fil-A! This places is almost always busy but they do their best to move people through the drive through as fast as possible! Amazing food

We ordered a mobile order from Avon. I literally made the same order I made at Plainfield yesterday. We waited 20 minutes in the car and had to call 12 times before not getting the voicemail. The only thing right was the kids meal. The manager finally answered and was extremely rude. She finally walked out and said we were doing it wrong even though I followed all the steps the mobile apps asks. She then REFUSED to give us the food that we ordered. When she brought the receipt as proof she wouldn t let us see it and said that they needed it. I am shocked at the rudeness of this lady. I forget her name and I m trying to call to figure it out only to find that they re not answering again. Take the extra 2 minutes and go to Plainfield. AVON CHICK FIL A IS RUDE and MESSES UP YOUR ORDERS WITHOUT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Drive through was crazy long because of how popular it is but employees had everything handled and were able to serve everyone quickly.

Came at a lunch time...extremely busy and yet they had fast and friendly service. Team members were attentive to the needs of their guests. Great experience.

I wanted a chik-fil-a sandwich. At the drive thru, I am informed that I will have to pull out of line and wait 4 minutes for the menu to change. All of this so they can put the chicken on a bun instead of a biscuit. I cut my losses and got the biscuit chicken. I know it's a corporate thing and the poor high schooler taking my order doesn't deserve my rant, so here we are. Anyways, 4 stars because the biscuit chicken was okay and let's be honest...jesus chicken is just always good.

I went through the drive thru and my fries were soggy and nasty. I'm Very sad about it. ):

It was CRAZY BUSY but they still got us through the line in about 5-10minutes

Drive thru is fast but no one ever assumes you dont know what's on the menu so I figure they are only trying to sell chicken sandwich

Have two sick kids at home and one that just had surgery 3 days ago. Ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy because of sore throats. Got home and the biscuits had hardly any gravy on them. I called talked to manager and she got my address and drove biscuits and gravy to my house for the sick kids. I am so blown away. I have never had anyone go out of the way for me. Thank you so much. PS: got the 8 year old with sore throat to eat. Hasn't eaten in 2days

This is the first time I've come for breakfast. I was very shocked that it wasn't busy at all I walked in and right to the counter. I ordered the chicken minis for the first time. They were very good I was pleasantly surprised by the mini hash browns. Overall everything was very good.

The food is always great here. The employees are fast and friendly! I'm giving it 5 stars, and will recommend this Chick-fil-A to all my family and friends. Great job Guys!!

I have always had good service here. Yesterday was probably the worst service I have ever had - ANYWHERE - ever! I ordered and the cashier mumbled something back to me, and when I could not understand her she slammed a cup of ice at me.
I waited a full twenty minutes for my order - nothing special, just what was on the menu. I was told that I can only have TWO sauce packets. That is all they can give out. I could buy a container of sauce for Two dollars.
I ordered for three people that were waiting in the car, and when she handed my the bag of food she asked :"Are you going to eat all this?"
I won't be going back! I was pissed by the time I left there!

Excellent food and top notch service is always the ticket here! The long wait isn t because they re slow... it s because they re so popular. It s really a marvel how quickly they get cars through the drive thru!

Bonus... if you have Celiacs or a gluten sensitivity, they can accommodate!

I am 40+ years old, and have only just started eating here recently. This place is amazing. Great customer service, good food, and with ordering from the app I never have to wait in line. I can't help but laugh at these people going through the line like a herd of cattle.
Really just sit down, open the app, order your food, and they will bring it to you.

Love their food but don't like eating in as it gets crowded and the bad idea of having people stand outside in the drive through causes traffic congestion. Keep to the fast food standards that has been working for years.

Typical experience, food was good. It isn't their fault there is no good time to go there when it isn't too crowded. The parents who occupy tables while their children play sometimes makes it difficult to find a place to sit and eat.

First time having it & loved it! The drive thru line was quick & friendly.

Line was wrapped around the building. I was in and out in under 5minutes.

The line will get long but they are incredibly efficient and always the nicest staff

Always fast and friendly service. Their diet lemonade is so good! Just be careful to go into the parking lot the right way.

Pretty good. I went for breakfast which wasn't gross but won't be my first choice for breakfast again.

Good food but I wish I didnt have to deal with people while trying to go in the drive thru. I dont want to read a tiny menu and have someone hovering over me while I'm trying to figure out what to order. I have no idea why they do this.
