Service was friendly and fast but the soup and sandwich were not hot.

After seeing the TV ads I just had to go and try the seasonal peppermint shake and let me tell you it exceeded my expectation!! This shake was all that with yummy pieces of peppermint and whip cream my only disappointment was that I ordered a small shake instead of a large!!

Actually fast food. They serve 20 in the time it takes others to serve 1.

Don't go to Avon Chick-fil-A I went there and the service was terrible I'll never go to that location again! Definitely worth the trip to Plainfield or even Whitestown

Chick-fil-a fastest drive thru ever! Chicken and waffle fries are always fresh. The vanilla ice is my favorite.

Walking into (this location at least) Chick-fil-A is like traveling through a wormhole back to the 90s. Back when customer service actually smiled at you, treated you warmly, and made sure your order was correctly delivered in an expedient manner. I don't know if it's because they get a day off every week, or if it's because their drive-thru system is super efficient, but if there's one place I'd recommend for the best customer service alone, it's this location right here. Not even that big of a fan of their food compared to other places, I just like being able to time travel.

I love this place! Because the waiting time is about 3 min. The most and very economical apart from sodas? They have tea, battered and salads. There is no doubt that it is the best fast food restaurant, this place is very hygienic if I recommend it

My food was on point and fresh...I however did not receive my full order. I live 15 min away, and don't realize the issue until I was home.

Salad was delicious. My husband's sandwich was hot and the chicken was tender and crispy. My son loved his chicken bites! Food was served within 6-7 mins considering it was lunch time and business was hoppin inside and out, I was impressed. The place is extremely clean. Employees are professional and not your stereotypical fast food group.

Chik Fil A has been anointed by the higher powers. Not only is the line always wrapped around the building; but I have never been in the drive thru longer than 4 minutes and 10 seconds.

Everyone is is so polite and my fries are always hot. They also live up to their name fast FOOD. Love this place Haha!

As always, this Chick-fil-A has friendly and helpful staff. The girl working the window was so sweet and told me my smile beautiful and and contagious. That is just as fantastic as their food. :)

**Walk-up Service **
I have only been to this chickfila twice and both times I did a walk up order and both times I only ordered two large drinks. The employees are friendly when ordering but I waited a minimum of 15 minutes for two drinks and no one checked up on me. Today(02/06/2021) was my second time coming to this location I placed my order at 7:25 with Penelope and my drink is disgusting because it is watered down due to the drink sitting out for 20minutes. I was trying to be patient because I know how busy this chickfila gets, but I played my self.

Wow, a great christian business. Genuinely polite staff, fast and efficient with great food.

The drive thru was packed but it went very fast! Not only fast but accurate! Great food and great service! Something new in fast food!

Always good food. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and my 9 yr old had the breaded chicken sandwich it tasted a little different this time. Still good though.

I cut the owners' hair and he's a great guy! Recently had it remodeled to accommodate for the drive thru and now it's amazing how many people can get in and out and still get great food Love it here!

Excellent customer service inside and out. Very fast and efficient drive through. They really move the cars through every time and all staff is helpful and polite.

Service, food, play area for kids, and smiles all around makes the "A" rating for Chick-fil-A. Rain for not putting 5 Stars is the bathrooms from when I visit each time are not always cleaned the best and the price could be lower for food.

The BEST chicken sandwiches EVER! I get mine with bacon & American cheese on them. I also love that they have Cherry Coke.
