Had a brilliant day at the Ayckbourn trilogy - let's have more of these please l!

Great, intimate theatre. Pricey drinks but that's usual.

Wonderful performance of Rattigan's " The Deep Blue Sea" with a stellar performance from Nancy Carroll. Pity the air-con had broken down, but the free ice-cream helped!

The Ovation Rock Show in The Minerva theatre - great show, performed by amazing young musicians. Beautiful theatre too, where everyone is catered for.

Fantastic entertainment, top quality! Make sure you bring your own snacks and drinks if the budget's tight.

Excellent venue within walking distance of Chichester centre with superbly curated variety of theatre and music/al productions throughout the year. Two permanent theatres and seasonal 'Spiegeltent' for music festival performances. Well designed public (and theatre/performance) spaces with restaurant and bars. Disabled access, huge car park and green space for picnics etc immediately adjacent. Highly recommended!

The original home of the National Theatre and the standard has been kept up.

Wonderful theatre with a great selection of plays/shows. Audience are 2/3rds around stage so really close to actors. Smaller Minerva next door & restaurant. Very popular. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

Saw yet another amazing show at CFT tonight. Standing ovation for The Midnight Gang!

Although my wife and I enjoyed the show the seating in the theatre is unacceptable for anyone over 6 foot tall. My legs were jammed sideways because the seat in front was too near. I still have backache because of the twisted way I had to sit. Unless you are short avoid going to this theatre.

This is a unique theatre being "In the round" with the seating surrounding the stage. It also has quite an eclectic programme during the course of the year ensuring they there is something to go to see for most tastes.

Wireless wise the best and funniest entertainment I have seen in years but needs a more mature audience to appreciate much of the content.

Went for the BBC big band concert. Great night. Always enjoy going to events at CFT

Exceptional theatre with exceptional facilities. Massive car park right on door step. Restaurant absolutely amazing staff really great and outstanding quality customer service. 100 %satisfaction.

Watched Stewart Lee tonight and our first visit to The CFT.Good view and nice setting. Easy parking.

WDM Christmas market weekend topped off by a short walk from the town centre to watch Calendar girls at the festival theatre. Stunning stage scenery and a terrific cast held the audience's hand with a moving life and death performance with lots of humour. I loved it!

A thoroughly enjoyable theatre to visit with a wide selection of excellent plays. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The seating layout is brilliant allowing a superb view from almost every seat. So far all plays we have seen here have been reasonably priced even with a well known cast.
It's close to Chichester city centre and easy to park with a large car park directly outside.

Friendly staff, good facilities and a great atmosphere.

Top quality Theatre probably the best in the country outside of central London great access for disabled people and every seat has an unrivalled review of the stage

Me And My Girl is the best show I have ever seen at the Festival Theatre. Utterly captivating, class performances from the whole cast, amazing set and effects, it was funny and touching, it absolutely had it all. xx

Not been to the theatre before, but really enjoyed it. Play was very well performed. Restaurant served great food, excellent staff. Oh, and the half time ice cream is a must!

Outside of London you'll find few theatres with such consistently high quality offerings as here in Chichester. From musicals to drama every season has a wide range to suit all tastes in a great venue with friendly, welcoming staff.

I always love going to the Chichester Festival Theatre, it has a wonderful atmosphere and it is a great experience with some fabulous plays.

Lovely modern theatre with excellent views and great big stage. Great setting in park land with large reasonably priced carpark right next door. Saw Oklahoma which was excellent with a brilliant cast.

I love Chichester Festival Theatre and visit regularly. Attentive staff, comfortable seats, air con working a treat and chilled wine and yummy ice cream for the interval. The performance of Me and My Girl is the best musical I have ever seen on stage, closely followed by Kiss Me Kate. I thought I was going to pass out with excitement when The Lambeth Walk worked its way to a sublime crescendo. All of the cast were amazing so don't want to single anyone out. You must go and for goodness sake audience, some of you are so lacking in animation and appreciation in the presence of world class performance. Clap, sing, stand up and SMILE Chichester PLEASE and share the exuberance. The cast deserve it.

Fiddler on the Roof was amazing. All the stewards were attentive and helpful.

I love this theatre and I think most of the big stars do too, as they are always seem keen to perform here.
As a side note there's plenty of parking and numerous pubs and restaurants nearby if you want to make a whole day/night of it.
