I was a tenant in the building and the property management is the brutal. All of them. The CSR's that work in the building are clueless. How hard is it to print up an ID pass? Property Management in this building does not care about their tenants and treat them very poorly.

Now here is one place that you'll definitely want to visit if you're ever in Chicago. The architectural style of the building is quite unique in its own special way, making it a great addition to the Chicago skyline. Even though most parts of the interior of the building are obviously closed due to the pandemic, that still doesn't detract from its immense exterior beauty. Plus it's centrally located right in the heart of downtown, making it easily accessible to those of us who might frequently use public transportation. Don't pass up the opportunity to visit the Mercantile Exchange if you're ever in the Windy City.

Just pulled in to the lower parking level of the parking garage at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. I can not believe that I am finally a commodities trader on the grain-desk of a well known commodities/stock brokerage firm. I knew my series 3 license would pay off.

As tourists, we followed signs for parking in this area, in the interest of walking to Willis Tower. After the confusing blur that was parking, we found ourselves on foot at the street level. We gazed up at the massive structure to memorize the location and later retrieve our vehicle. Chicago Mercantile Exchange? Really? How did we end up parking, as tourists, in the basement of the largest options and futures exchange in the world? Well Terry, thanks for the hospitality! It was a very convenient location!

About Chicago Mercantile Exchange

Chicago Mercantile Exchange: A Comprehensive Guide to the World's Leading Derivatives Marketplace

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) is a global derivatives marketplace that offers a wide range of futures and options products for trading. Founded in 1898, the CME has grown to become the world's largest futures exchange, with an average daily trading volume of over 20 million contracts across various asset classes.

As a leading financial institution, the CME provides market participants with access to a diverse range of products, including interest rates, equities, currencies, commodities and alternative investments. The exchange operates on a fully electronic platform that enables traders from around the world to participate in its markets.

One of the key features that sets CME apart from other exchanges is its commitment to innovation. The exchange has been at the forefront of developing new products and services that meet evolving market needs. For example, it was one of the first exchanges to introduce electronic trading in 1992 and has since launched several new platforms such as Globex® and CME Direct®.

In addition to its innovative approach towards product development, CME also places great emphasis on risk management. The exchange operates under strict regulatory oversight by various government agencies such as Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). It also employs sophisticated risk management tools such as margin requirements and position limits to ensure market integrity.

Another key strength of CME is its global reach. With offices in major financial centers around the world including London, Tokyo and Singapore among others; it provides customers with access to liquidity across multiple time zones.

Furthermore, through strategic partnerships with other exchanges such as BM&FBOVESPA in Brazil or Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), it has expanded its product offerings beyond traditional asset classes into emerging markets like energy or agriculture commodities.

Overall Chicago Mercantile Exchange is an industry leader when it comes to providing innovative solutions for managing risk exposure while offering unparalleled liquidity across multiple asset classes globally.
