After 6 months CLBS I would like to describe my experiences:

Colleague loyalty is positive, really super nice colleagues, and it quickly form private friendships.

Fluctuation is quite high, none of my colleagues who started with me lasted a long time. Where we already have the topic ...

Supervisor behavior is basically positive, friendly, professional, and it is supported wherever possible.

Responsibilities: very negative, there is minute monotony over the entire working hours, and the high volume of calls is nerve and / and wasting energy. It is always required the caller to convey a specific image, where "excuse" on the phone are common. Line problems and large-scale noise do not make everyday work easier.

The working atmosphere is almost non-existent, everyone sits down at his desk and does his job.

Team events are really nice and take place regularly in the free time.
Salary is good for Thai standards, but as a foreigner you should weigh, especially if you take into account flight costs and possibly ongoing costs in Germany

Health insurance protection, especially the topic of own contribution in case of illness, is of interest

Conclusion: Everyone knows himself best and has to weigh up. A meaningful activity is very important to me personally, so it was a relief when this "adventure" was over.

If you are Spanish, German or Italian and want to work in Thailand, this is your place! Multicultural environment, kitchen with fresh fruits, water, tea and free coffee for employees. Area with bean bags for the nap.

After almost 4 months I quit my contract early, which was a huge relief and probably the best decision of my life. I have never done such a stupid job with at the same time poor pay. Everyone squats on their own and takes phone calls every minute, where you often have to lie. Shiftwork did not contribute to well-being. There was no time for something else in time. Work and sleep every day. Also among the colleagues it was difficult to make contacts, since the fluctuation is very high. The people who started with or partly after me were not even as long as me. For all these reasons, I can not recommend CLBS.

My experience in CLBS was amazing. I was there only for six months, but i will be back in Chiang mai soon. I was scared before starting this adventure, but now i am sure that it was the best choice of my life. The work is a normal office work, sometimes very busy, but without stressful responsabilities. The slogan of Clbs is "not only just a job" and it is true, because Clbs is a multicultural family. About Thailand....nothing to say, just go and see to change your life!

Multi cultural work space with amazing mountains view.I love to come to work every day. Amazing people and atmosphere.Very friendly and you feel at home.
Very easy to reach and close to shopping mall so you can go out during your break and take a small walk.

The job to be avoided Absolutely swindler company, forget it, don't fall into the illusion

Worked here in the Backoffice and contact center for well over 6 years. Young work environment and management, I enjoyed very much the collaboration with my colleagues. Recommended.

I've been working in this company for over two years and feel more than comfortable. Who wants to live in Thailand, must not forget that also includes work. Again, it can be stressful or you have pressure, but I had that in Germany too. CLBS has allowed me to live legally in Thailand for a long time and I am very grateful for this opportunity. With the visa processes one is supported and one always finds help if one has a problem - whether at work or privately! I do not understand that many complain about the wages, I get along with the money extremely well and do not live very economically. Thank you CLBS and hopefully many more years ...

I would like to rate the professional and above all friendly dealings with applicants. I had a very nice conversation with the HR employee. Already at the beginning fair play with open cards and clear that it is definitely work and not holiday. This should be clear to everyone and therefore can not understand the negative reviews regarding working hours and type of work.
