My mother is dying in Nurseing home that don't allow all her family before she dies, the main boss you never see her around .so when it's my time to go, will not be in this nurseing home or do I recommend this place to any one.some of the nurses here just sit around doing nothing.I found hair in my mother's food, o thought they post to hair net, if working in the kitchen.
The doctor put my there for rehabilitation. She's been sick for a few days whom ever the nurse is my mom told her something didn't feel right and needed to go to hospital. The nurse told her she wasn't going to go to hospital cause there wasn't anything wrong with her pace maker . But that isn't whats wrong she's been having problem with her kidneys and stomach. I would never recommend this place
I am a travel nurse and had a contract there. Cheyenne Healthcare was one of my favorite places! I extended and stayed for a second contract. The staff and residents were wonderful and made me feel like part of the family. This place is truly wonderful and I miss it!
This place was horrible! My FIL was there for three weeks. He constantly had to change rooms! They didn't bother to change his socks for a whole week, with him having an ulcer on his ankle! Much less giving him a shower or cleaning him properly. I took pictures of the dirty bathroom in his room that hadn't been cleaned at least two days in a row. Overall I would not recommend anyone taking their loved ones who need assistance to this place!
When you walk in the main entrance, the lobby already smells like urine, badly. People in wheel chairs are not being taken care of!
The only good thing about this place was PT!!!!
Overall a good place. I believe it is suffering from understaffing.
My mom was checked in here for rehabilitation after doing chemotherapy to rebuild her strength. After only one night there she called me the next morning crying saying that she could not stay here because it took them over 4 hours to get her pain medication. She also said there was bugs in her room and had pictures to prove it. Most of the staff are just rude and not caring at all. If you are looking for care for you loved ones I would consider looking somewhere else.
dirty, staff would routing ignore call button requests and often disrespectful . forced me to sign release papers without reading them first. very bad experience
My husband has been here for about two months now. He gets excellent care and really likes the staff, his DR, and the other patients. It's nice to have some place that takes such good care of him.
They stay in constant contact with me and make sure I know what's happening with him and his care. I think I can speak for both of us when I say we are both very happy with his service and care there.
The staff provides great care to my brother and other residents. The food served is great! The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Cheyenne Health Care Center if you need extra help. The staff provides great service!
