Chesterfield County Community Services Board Review

The mental health professionals here are stuck in the old days and refuse to keep up to date on the research in their field.

This facility has been wonderful in my time of need. I would greatly recommend this facility to anyone in need of there services. Five all the way!!!

Every single department here is trash. They all drop the ball all the time.

My son has been going here for 11 years. I've liked all of his counselors and his dr. was awesome. She moved last year and it was very emotional.

I should have listen to half of these BAD reviews. Yes very unprofessional. Went all yhe way up there to get testing for my daughter and they turned us away because we dont have a Chesterfield County address, thats dumb. My daighter primary doctor is in Chesterfield and we never got turned away. I have never in my life got told we couldn't be served because of where we live crazy. UNPROFESSIONAL! And a bit discriminating! Never in my life ridiculous!! A waste of time. SMH

Has been very helpful to me. My therapist was fantastic, I'm going to miss talking with her when the time comes.

I have dealt with multiple people in this organization. With a couple of exceptions these people are unprofessional and unpleasant. They don't listen and they don't put any real effort into helping you.

Here for a friend, staff is courteous, and property is properly maintained ! Fish Tank is beautiful ! Nice place
