Built my house, had serious leaks from roof dormitory windows pouring into living room, very poor workmanship, felt cut to short, you can see the tiles so wind blowing rain straight in. Never hot back to me ,not interested in the slightest. Dong use, no guarantee.
During the work which was carried out at my property I felt completely reassured by my Claims Manager (Zoe) throughout a very difficult period. I knew that if I needed any further information or support I could call the office at any time.
