A little over-priced, but overall an average experience. The lighting in the rooms due to the CFM bulbs is very bad. The facility is impeccably clean (except the elevators (see below)). The breakfast is no great shakes, and there are never open seats...thus, everyone carries food back to the room and sloshes in the elevators and right outside of them, leaving everything sticky. Pool hours are generous, and kids love not getting kicked out at 10PM.

Went in the off season so getting a room was easy. Super friendly staff. We booked quite a few rooms and one room had a minor billing issue and the manager cleared it up with no hassle at all. My room on the first floor had a door right to the beach but being winter I didn't use it much. Highly recommend.

Staff is wonderful, location is perfect. 35 minutes or less if your visiting Sleeping Bear Dunes. The bed is super comfortable and the rooms are spotless. Appreciate the updated bathroom, nice little area for a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The cherry coffee in the lobby is delicious.

Everyone was very welcoming (even the guests) throughout the whole trip which was amazing. If you do stay here, I highly recommend getting the bay view rooms as the view is great, especially at night.

Always a treat to stay here. The rooms are clean & comfortable. The breakfast is good. I'm glad the waffle maker returned!

Great rate during the off season. My wife and I enjoyed our suite on the top floor. I can't wait to return for a longer stay

Our suite was really nice. Super clean. The front desk and staff are extremely kind, helpful and friendly. There were a few minor issues that we noticed in the room but they didn't bother us. The wrap-around balcony provides absolutely stunning views of Grand Traverse Bay and its gorgeous waters.

Their Customer service is above and beyond. The room had an amazing view and I enjoyed the 24 hr pool, it was so nice to relax in the hot tub with just my friend and I super late! The coffee station had a lot of hot tea selections which I love
