As a physician, I shopped very carefully for a rehab facility for my best friend. Of course, online shopping is often unproductive, especially for personal services. But we selected Autumn Lake Cherry Lane in part because of horrid experiences with another Laurel rehab place.

We were instantly impressed at the wonderful greeting and efficient intake process. But that was only the beginning. The departments coordinated together very well, staff was caring and attentive. I was especially impressed by the nursing manager, who seemed exceptionally effective at leading in a setting that is complex and often crushingly sad.

Was it perfect? No, but it was the top performer of three facilities we have had to use in the past two years.

I do suggest that they do some cosmetic remodeling to make the place feel less "institutional" and more cheerful.

But the most important thing is care delivery and I give them all their points for their successful efforts!

It was a tough time to be ill and taken care of. There were some annoying problems but when I brought them to the healthcare staff s attention they got resolved. All the staff were good and some were excellent. I wish I could remember all of their names, both men and women, but I just wanted to get home (two months away,overall. Almost one whole month at Autumn Lake, so I know whereof I speak. One of my therapists, Sika, always managed to put a smile on my face no matter how far down in the dumps I had put myself! Everyone s experience will vary, of course, only the hospital food kept this from being a five star review.

Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane has been my saving grace twice for me, I had two major back surgeries in one year.The staff at Autumn Lake is very helpful, caring and compassionate . The nurses there, were courteous respectful helpful and delicate to my needs,. The doctors there were analyzing my case taking test and monitoring my health on a daily basis and available for any questions or changes . The supporting staff are also great and prompt and available at a push of a button. The administrative staff are equally as prompt and detailed with my paperwork and dealings in details with my insurance. I also had physical and occupational therapy and the therapist there are very delicate, caring, and compassionate to getting me to be stable in my every day life being able to move and do things as normal. I can say I ve been in the hospital all my life and Autumn Lake also provided me with some really tasty and nutritious meals.They also have a great activity staff where they have daily activities like bingo, pokeno, casino, bible study,, trivia, bowling, music and more even monthly activities. The custodial staff were alert and cleaning keeping up the maintenance of the building always clean and fresh. They were helpful, respectful, clean precise and just a bunch of good people. I really miss the staff there they made me feel like family handling me with gentle hands and I know if I m ever in any situation where I need quality care, compassion and delicate needs, Autumn Lake at Cherry Lane will be my first choice.

The care and concern of the majority of the staff was very good. Meals were ok. Regular COVID testing of staff and patients.

Not a good experience, bad communication, rudeness

I wish my dad will agree with me and stay at my house. The accounting department at this facility aren't professional at all. One person will say something and another will say another story and when you tell them what they said they make you feel like your crazy. I'm sick of them!!!

I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one or friend. As someone who is had a lot of interactions with the facility, I can personally attest to the high level of clinical care patients receive at Cherry Lane. They have passionate clinicians, a wonderful administrative team, & an excellent social work department that helps patients get home safely. Again, this is a very well run facility and somewhere I wouldn t hesitate sending my closet family members and friends!

My brother has been here for a year now. The staff is so generous, caring, patient and they treat each patient with love. They call me on a regular basis with updates on my brother and they have regular family meetings with me with the diet nutritionist, the nurses, and the PT dept. The admin are so helpful as well. I love this place! I highly encourage if you need healthcare consider this location! Thumbs up!

The worse place ever please dont take your love one there. They are Terrible
