I am very unsatisfied wth the quality of work done and services. The final task to drill and pull the orange PVC underground is in most areas only 3 to 4 inches below grass level. This caused a good part of the lawn to be lifted. Some of the PVC runs right on the property line preventing any upgrade to fencing or replacement of concrete driveway or sideway in the future. I had spend a part of my summer years back to re-landscape my lawn along the sidewalk. I had lowered it in height only to try and tackle it this coming summer again, only this time I have a cable about 2 or 3 inch s below ground that I have to watch out for or try to barrier most of it deeper myself. Seeing how in some areas you can t even aerate the lawn. Very very poor sales, customer service and work menship done. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!

Chemco is currently installing "lines" (?) for Telus in our neighbourhood in Edmonton at 67 St. and 152B Ave. just wanted to let you guys know that I had a very good experience with 2 of your staff this morning. They were checking out where the best place to dig by the house while causing the least amount of damage. Sadly, I don't remember the fellow's name whom I chatted with the most but his partner's name was Joe. He was very friendly and polite and a good customer service rep. Kudos for excellent customer service! July 29, 2017.
