Cheltenham Chase Q Hotel Review

It was ok but the people who do the food should learn to display and get the food right. Needs improvement.

Very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. Nice clean and well kept hotel. Good pool facilities and good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Had to chase the eat out to help out on every single meal, we would tell them before the meal, during and still at the end we had to get the bill amended. Breakfast was a long wait. Room itself is lovely and comfy. Advertises in the room that you can use your smart device but that does not work and hotel staff did not know how to fix.

Good stay and nice food. Couple of areas for them to develop on. I would recommend though!

Stayed here for a long weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly in all areas of the hotel. I was met with a warm welcome at reception, had a lovely therapist in the spa and even housekeeping staff were really friendly and helpful. The surrounding gardens are lovely but the hotel itself is not in the most convenient location and you do have to drive a little further into town for other things. Room was much larger than expected, cleam and with all amemities- and the bed was very comfortable. The was a minor issue with the bath not draining properly and some damp/ water marks on ceiling above door (I think just an old stain that just needs tidying up).

Great stay. Lovely breakfast. Superb facilities. Overall a very nice package and experience. Built-in chromecast on the TV didn't work though which was a bit of a disappointment.

Very clean and comfortable stay for myself, my wife, and our 15-month old daughter. Staff followed social distancing guidelines extremely well, but never once did this get in the way of the excellent service they provided. The room was spacious, regularly cleaned to a high standard, and the bathroom was also a great size.

We stayed at this hotel during a Cotswold getaway, and it was in easy reach of some amazing hikes and family adventures.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience, and will most definitely be returning here in the future.

The hotel decor is a bit dated, and housekeeping replacements were hit & miss but minor points since lovely staff, good pool (including social distanced time slots), & decent breakfast served quickly. We stayed in a suite for 2 adults & 2small kids - lots of space, comfortable beds, hot & powerful shower. We tried hotel restaurant one evening - ok food & good service but limited range and no vegetables for kids (we went to The Bell @ Sapperton the second evening, which is fabulous).

Great hotel on the edge of Cotswold. The room we got was a nice suite that included a seating area and two large TVs.
Breakfast was included and quite good.
The hotel seemed understaffed due to Covid19. The indoor pool is really quite nice. The fitness centre is well equipped but had no AC and was hot and stuffy. Nonetheless, significantly better than other hotels we have used in the area.

A really peaceful, nice and pleasant place to stay. Everything was clean and superb clean re COVID.

Excellent customer service , food really nice but a bit expensive
