My wife and I get all our prescriptions filled at Chelsea Drug. As soon as you walk inside, everyone greets you and make you feel welcome and appreciated. The wait time is the most reasonable of any of the pharmacies on island. This place has some really neat and unique things for sale, too. A lot of higher end toys and unique games for kids. Our favorite is their children s books area. Some of the better and more interesting kids books we have gotten from Chelsea. My wife enjoys the fancy soaps and lotions. I can safely say that Chelsea sells some really cool things that aren t sold anywhere else on St. Thomas. Owner is a cool guy.

Easily the best pharmacist on the island. Judy is amazing and always helps me to get my prescriptions and manage my refills. I can t say enough about Chelsea drug store and I drive all the way from the Northside to Red hook to fill my prescriptions!

This was our go to store while visiting St Thomas. Their customer service is the best. The pharmacist was so personal and helpful. I went to her with my motion sickness dilemma. My doctor at home would not call in a prescription for motion sickness and I was freaking out because I had to go on a 6 hour fishing trip with my family out in to the deep ocean I get violently sick on boats The pharmacist told me her story and how ginger capsules enabled her to go on boat trips without getting sick I bought some fir myself and I kid you not, it worked! These people are the best!
