Earlier I posted a one star review that was due to a scheduling miscommunication. The error was all on me and the follow-up was outstanding as well as professional from Kyle. There are three areas to think about when purchasing high quality AV equipment: Selection of hardware which is correct for your particular home, installation, and subsequent service and support. Chelsea AV excels in all three areas. When I call them I talk to the same people that I talked to 20 years earlier. They know me, they know my home, and they know exactly how all my equipment is configured. I couldn't be happier with them. Chelsea Audio is the Nordstrom's of audio video. They are head and shoulders above any other store in town. They do it right, and it's done right on the first try. Great customer service, great products, great company. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
