We use this service and it is fantastic! It was definitely a big transition for us to switch over to using. Our chefs were a bit hesitant at first but it is well worth the risk - everyone loves it!! It streamlined the entire ordering process to make our chefs inventory and ordering more organized and easier to do overall. On the business side the prices they get for products we have gotten from other providers are much better and the integration capabilities really do help out a great deal for billing purposes. Their customer service is spot on when we need assistance with anything no matter what the time or issue. They are always available on the phone to address any of our concerns or questions and they also come onsite when need be. I highly recommend this service !!
