Chef Adair and his staff are amazing! He came into our home and created mouth watering courses. He made our anniversary over the top special. The wine was paired perfectly with the food. The presentation of each course was impeccable. Every bite was truly amazing. Thank you for making our night perfectly lovely.

We had Chef Adair cook a family dinner for my 3 adult children and their families. He did a 4 course meal, the food was wonderful plus he created a special atmosphere. We never get to all sit down at once and enjoy a meal together because we always are cooking, chasing kids and setting everything up. This experience was a rare, amazing experience for us. We would invite Chef Adair back!
Chef Adair and the rest of his team did an amazing job working with us on an exciting menu and then adapting on the fly when both the ovens in our airbnb went down on the day of our private family event. He rose to the challenge and ended up cooking perfect filet mignon and salmon in an outdoor pizza oven with a wood-burning flame! This, paired with the amazing crab cake and wilted spinach caprese salad made for an AMAZING meal! Chef Adair made it fun and dynamic throughout which really added to the atmosphere of the evening.
