This has always been a favorite gym for me. Signup is easy, the staff are friendly, and it s always been a very warm and welcome environment. There s tons of equipment and tons of classes, so there s always something for someone there.
Best 3 hours I spent in CH&F while visiting home...miss that gym...great precautions and safety measures in place for practicing safe and clean social distancing...great staff as always too...OMG, great expansion too...huge place now ..

I started going to gyms in 1980 in down state NY. This is the cleanest, most well equipped facility I have ever seen. Everyone is polite and helpful if needed but everyone leaves you alone. Jen is awesome! Proud to be a member.
The staff is very helpful. Facility is very clean. Makes you feel very comfortable during these trying times.

owner is extremely unprofessional. they have college students walking around yelling at people over a mask being slightly below your nose mid workout. been crazy. very uncomfortable setting especially for a women.
One of the better gyms in this region. Hidden gem really.
