Load is ready but labels are not 4 hours still no labels

I have been using this IcyHot Lidocaine on my shoulder and have not felt any relief. I have follwed the instructions as is. I feel like this was a waste of my money.

Sprinkle Max on roll on, it's the best I've treated for my arthritis pain, I marvel, sadly I can't find it at any pharmacy in Southern California anymore, hopefully they'll guide me where I can get it in Los Angeles, ca., or if it would be possible to order by interet, I can no longer live without sprinkling, I really need a lot, please guide me, I will live eternally grateful, sincerely
