Great hall but bad food, didn't like the food at all

Food was really good but the servers took food too fast. We were still eating.

I had my wedding here very good place I had over 1,500 guests and they all love it lot of space good decor good one this one

Nice place. Okay food. Not to friendly staff the higher the rank the more rude they are. Waitress team super nice

Best banquet hall around. Service is great, staff are very well trained and polite, and the place is always spotless. Best place to have a wedding or big event. Food is always fresh and good. Soup is amazing!!!

What a beautiful venue! Celebrated the marriage of one of my closest friends this past weekend here and was completely impressed.

The owner and her staff were very pleasant to work with... they treated us like we were family. We had the most amazing experience and all I heard from the guest... 'this is the best wedding I have ever been!'. The place is most elegant even with very simple decorations... The food was also made well to our expectation as per guests' feedbacks. We would love to have future celebrations here again!

Horrible. My wedding was on June 9th and I had everything paid for way before the wedding date. When the wedding day came, I entered the banquet to find a couple of tables on the men s side on the dance floor. Told the manager I want them moved because it s taking space from the dance floor and she refused for no reason. She had a couple of my relatives move it instead of having actual employees move it. On top of that I had paid $400 for a fruit table by both the men and women s side that was never served. After the wedding we went back to get the $400 refunded back to us and she refused. Didn t expect this at all

I had my wedding here on December 2nd and everything was PERFECT! It's a family owned business so they really care about pleasing all their customers. Beautiful hall and beautiful people!

What a beautiful venue for a banquet, wedding, company party! The food was delicious, the view lovely, the staff accommodating! Very happy to have celebrated the end of our 97 year old Order of the Arrow Chapter here. Thank u!

Church event. Although there were about 3 weddings going on at the same time, the events were very orderly & organized. Family style food that was ok. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive. The best views of the golf course ever!

Night of Elegance for eighth graders. Great atmosphere

It nice, neat, well organized, can be very classy depending on how it's decorated. I wonder what is the legal limit to how many people are allowed in each of the halls. The wedding I went to send a little too packed.

Called this morning to check on pricing or availability for a venue for next year the worker rudely said they are booked for this year so again I explained it's for 2020 she rudely hung up the phone .so I called back to ask for a supervisor and she hung up again.you just lost a customer

I just called this place to make reservation for 1500 people. I got hung up at by Joyce. She said that they were not interested and slammed the phone. I called back and spoke to Milan, a very nice lady. I explained to her what had just happened and she said that they can not accommodate events for more than 1000 people that is why. She apologized for Joyce's behavior and that she should have told me that instead of hanging up. She also tried to get her to apologize, however, she refused and said that she was busy with other clients when I called and she had to hang up.

Food was kinda sorta. No big deal on that. Restrooms were down stairs.

This place is just outstanding, elegant and so gorgeous to have your special event. Service is wonderful and the food very delicious.

A great place to be. I attended a wedding in this facility and they made it so easy to plan and have the reception. A professional team, many rooms for different receptions at the same time, a supervised coat room to name a few of good quality of this place. Though not cheap, it was the best of the choice for our wedding and the best service by far. Highly recommended.

A very beautiful place to visit. I attended a wedding in this building and it was easy to prepare the reception and the party that goes with it. A team of professionals, a lot of party room available and a wardrobe with a trainer for tracksuits is one of the qualities of this place. Although it is not cheaper in terms of price, it was the best choice of place for the wedding and a very high class service. A must see.

We have attended two weddings at Chateau Del Mar and both experiences we're delightful. The opulent decor enriched every corner of the building and provided many beautiful photo opportunities.

I LOVE THIS PLACE BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES AND ITS ALWAYS NICE. BEAUTIFUL SCENARY AND A GREAT PLACE TO HAVE AN ELEGANT EVENT.

This was my second time attending an event at this establishment and I must say both times were great. The meal was serve family style, chicken,beef, mashed potatoes, yellow rice,vegetables,bread,soup and salad. Very clean and the place very decorative.

Matina is so sweet an accomendated me and my family for my daughter's baptism after last minute change of plans. Food, decor and service was amazing! Highly recommended!!

Washrooms are to far from banquet especially for any handicapped individuals, even though there's an elevator.

The facility itself was great. The bar tenders were not so much. One of them didnt know how to make common drinks and overlooked customers that had been waiting for sometime to be served. All I needed was a sevenup.

With the added stress of everything going on, the Gianakas family of Chatue Del Mar have decided to add more to it. My original wedding date got canceled due to the coronovirus. I postponed the date. My second date got canceled. I postponed again. I was told my July wedding was going to happen for sure normally. I called all my vendors and guests and got everything set. After I was all set to go, I got called and was told I have extremely strict restrictions.
I was told NO refund. I filed a lawsuit and will be filing a class action. Please email me and I'll help you sue and connect you with my lawyer.

Amazing service and food. They're also very clean and organized. The only thing I wish to see more is smiling staff.

Joyce was so rude and dismissive. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The staff at your event should be people who you would like to get along with and who appreciate your business. Never again.
